Bodnar Boats

I was in their 2 times to have them pull something out of my eye and they could not find it and them I had to cancel an appointment because of my work and when I called them back to reset the appointment the girl on the phone got flippant with me and then said they could not see me for another 3 weeks. This place truly does not care about their patience and I will never trust them with my eyes ever again. Call some one who is professional and truly cares !!! Follow up I went to Doctor Min, Kim MD PhD at 14155 n83rd Ave suite 103 Peoria, AZ. and he pulled 2 other pieces out of my eye that Barnet and Dulaney left in my eye or could not see. I think their eye doctors need their eyes checked and yes now my eyes are feeling better.

This is my 3rd visit to this location. I waited at least 2 hrs before I saw the doctor. The entire visit was 4hrs...unaceptable. My second appt ..showed up and was told they had to reschedule..after waiting 20 min. Spoke to the office e manager and voiced my complaints about the poor communications and customer service. My 3rd appt today...after waiting 30 min. Was told they r running at least 1 hr behind. This is the worst managed facility I have ever experienced. I think I will go back to the Phoenix location which only makes u wait around 30 min. I would not advise you come here. M.mennella

When my wife had her cataracts surgery done we had for visit prior to her eye surgery when my dad had his it was too visits prior to surgery they somehow could never get a schedule for us to come in and see a doctor without me having to take time off of work they forget that some people work for a living then the final straw that broke my relationships with then on our last visit before being released from cataract surgery they did their third refraction check or known as exam for glasses and we ask for a copy of it so we can go to Walmart and get our glasses and they charged us $45 .

I am here with my mom, her appointment was scheduled for 10:50am. We are still waiting at 12:52pm over two hours late and there is still one person ahead of us, when we were first brought to the back waiting room at 11am there was a man waiting for his 930am appointment. This is not right! It is too bad they are treating people this way! If you can drive (my mom cant ). Go somewhere else where they are not overbooking

Had GREAT experience with Barnet Dulaney until wanted some billing payment information. Then, total silence. They promise an answer within two business days. What a farce! They cant even be bothered to say "sorry we are working on an answer ". Just silence. NOT happy. Dont bother with their portal. Waste of time.

Terrible! Upon registration people sitting on both sides of my father & I both said "first appointment?" I responded "yes." Both groups said you will be here 3-4 hours and you might see a doctor if you dont give up and leave. Three hours later we left.
