I was extremely sick with a sore throat/cough 2 weeks and took the day off from work. I called into the doctors office and was told he was all booked up but I could see the nurse if I chose. I said I chose this doctor so I could be seen by this doctor. I asked if they could give me a call if there was a cancellation and was told no, that I would need to call in throughout the day if so. I just stayed in bed the whole day trying to get better myself. It has been 2 weeks and now my ear is hurting and my right shoulder along with my congestion and headache. I called yesterday about 10 minutes before closing and nobody ever answered. I am now on hold again. I called at 3:12 and it is 3:20, still nobody to take my call. This is ridiculous!!!

Im giving a 2 star due to the fact that every time I go and see him he acts as though its the first time seeing my problems. I dont feel like he wants to help me and the office is super bad at getting the referrals out Im going on two weeks now and still no word. Called the office today and they basically said that the Dr. has not got them over yet. Needless to say I am done with all IMS offices they seem to be the worst. I hope this was helpful to some of you.

waiting for a callback and a referral to ENT. This will be the second visit for the same reason and I had to call remind them that referral is needed for something that should have been sent as a STAT request..

On phone for 10 minutes waiting to find a way to come in, No answer. No excuse for staff to refuse to answer. This is crap service. Not worth my time to bother. If they dont bother, I see no reason to bother.

If this was a life or death matter youd be dead. They take forever to refill a prescription. Its been over 4days and Im unable to check my fathers blood sugar. 64 dollars for test strips
