Went to my doctor now for the first time today, and was very unimpressed. My appointment was for 6:15, I finished paperwork at about 6:25 and got out of there at about 7:30. Now, that timeframe would make much more sense if the doctor had seen me for more than LITERALLY 2 minutes and 45 seconds maximum. I have an infected wisdom tooth (third time so I know what it feels like) but couldnt get in to my dentist until Monday. I understand the doc is not a dentist, but he seemed unphased by the tooth and basically told me it was not that bad. Now, keep in mind, I can feel the pain on the outside of my jaw and in my inner ear, and if you were to feel the gum (which he did not), youd feel a spongy pocket of hot infection. I was prescribed an antibiotic and an NSAID, and when I asked for a stronger pain med (again, anyone who has had an infected tooth knows the pain), I was told it was not that serious. Beyond frustrated to have to pay another fee to another doctor to have the pain managed while I wait on the infection to calm down. The rest of the staff was very friendly though.

Let me first start off by saying the front office staff were amazing; very helpful throughout the registrstion and check in process. The back office staff were decent, however, the wait between the back office MAs and the MD was way too long. The office was short staff that day and everyone suffered. When my son was finally seen, almost 2hrs later, the MD was short and quick. I do not believes she medically assesd his medical complaint efficiently, but i took her word for it. Unpon leaving the office, the MA mentioned the doc would call my sons prescription into the pharmacy. Well, the next day came and I went to pick up his prescription, only to find out it was never called in. Of course, the next day is a Saturday and I have no way of getting in contact with anyone at the office because they do not have an after hours line. My sons condition is progressing and so i will have to take him to the ER, all because the Doc failed to follow up with his prescription. Unbelievable!!!! I plan on notifying the AZ medical board of their neglagence.

My husband and I arrived here just barely after 5:00pm and I am literally sitting here, in the patient room, where I have been for over an hour, going on 2 hours of being at this location, writing this review. Granted we did not have an appointment, so waiting is perfectly understandable. But 2+ hours of waiting when there was only one person in the lobby before we got here... thats unacceptable. If you are having a difficult time seeing patients in a timely manner - which is clearly not a one time issue given the other reviews I have read - then maybe you should either hire another doctor on or close it down and not portray the impression of being a sufficient doctors office/walk-in urgent care. If it werent for the fact that my husband actually needs medical attention, we would have given up long ago. I wish I could give less than one star.

All bad when youre in pain waiting over an hour or two at a practically empty office in a room to be seen. Seems this way at both west Baseline locations in Laveen. Youll come across a FEW caring doctors but all others seem in a rush and dont care to empathize on your discomfort. Only visit here because its convenient and within my healthcare area. Needs improvement and a definite tall tale sign of not a good repertoire is baiting patients with gift card incentives. Yes, gift cards are nice treat to keeping up your health but at what cost?

They never keep appointment times its always 1.5 hours or more after the scheduled time and the doctors are in and out in less than 5 minutes and act as if youre a inconvenience, seriously!!! Why become a doctor if you have no intention of helping people and why cone to work if youre gonna act like its a issue!! Only pro to this place is the open hours.

If you go to this place, do not let them convince you to come in to have the Dr. go over your test results. The office made it sound incredibly urgent and when I got there, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my results, the Dr. just wanted to read them to me I guess. But dont forget, you will be charged $120 for that 5 minute reading....

Whats the purpose of having an appointment if they dont go by it? Been waiting for an hour already. Talked to 2 other women that were there before me and they been waiting for an hour prior. Seriously a minute clinic is faster! I feel bad for the father waiting with his crying toddler.

Long wait. I wish I wouldve read the reviews before coming here. Now, I will just become a patient with another doctor. Had my appointment at 3, its 340 and still havent seen a doctor!
