Wouldnt know what the inside of the office is like or what the doctors are like because I cant even get anything handled. Every time I call I have to leave a voicemail and never get a phone call back. I had to leave four voicemails before I finally got a call back over the course of two and a half weeks just to schedule an appointment and have them tax me paperwork. Now Im calling again because I just need their fax number cause the one on the fax they sent me wont go through and again no one will answer the phone and Ive already left two voicemails at this point about that in the past 4 days. Sucks because its the only GI doctor I can go to with my insurance and the particular situation that I have to deal with. I really miss my Dr. Liz Cruz office. At least they answered the phone and gave me call backs after I left voicemails. This place you cant even barely get in the front door.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Ive never had any problems with Dr. Lam, but his office staff are the worst Ive ever dealt with. They send prescriptions to the wrong location (even though I sat right in front of her and told her where I fill my scripts), they never answer the phone, never return calls and never call with results. If I could keep my doctor and replace his whole staff, I would in a heartbeat! I highly recommend finding a different office to go to because this one is a joke!
