***WOULD NOT RECOMMEND*** ***AVOID THIS PLACE*** ***SEEK OTHER TREATMENT OPTIONS*** ***STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED SHELLY & TAMMY*** I love Dr. Marlina Robinson, but my issue is with the STAFF. I called in today to make an appointment as I was just in a car accident, SHELLY tells me that I would have to see Dr. Reddy since Marlina does not treat car accident patients. Okay? Then tells me he wont take my insurance & that I have to pay $75. When I dont understand & ask if I can make payments, she treats me like Im stupid & gives attitude! I ask to speak to someone else who was just as rude before SHELLY got back on the phone & said Marlina would call me & just hung up on me -- RUDE. I called back, & thankfully I did becuz they did not have the right phone number! I asked why SHELLY hung up on me without asking for my correct phone number but I got was a bunch of, "I dont knows". Then TAMMY called me back, Marlinas nurse saying that I was being rude to the staff. HELLO? WHAT? I told her I had been a patient with Marlina for a long time & never had any problems before. She transfers me back to scheduling who once again hangs up on me. I called back AGAIN to make an apt, a girl schedules me then tells me to hold on. Transfers me AGAIN to another girl who gives me attitude when I ask why Im being transferred so much she says, "I finalize the appointments. The other girl didnt finalize" while shes smacking her gum in my ear. She AGAIN places me on hold while TAMMY gets on the line saying there was confusion, & Im thinking okay.. on what.. how hard is it to schedule an apt? She said SHELLY said I said I refused to pay the $75! Im laughing at this time since that was never said & I told her to pull the conversation. She reminds me about 5 more times how I need to have the $75 up front & before hanging up she says, "AND BE POLITE WHEN YOU COME IN" ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Ive been hung up on twice, been told I was being rude when I was only asking questions & trying to make an apt! Not once did anyone care that Im in pain FROM A CAR ACCIDENT. Just make sure you have the money to pay us & "be nice". Nothing about how her staff treated me. ***WOULD NOT RECOMMEND*** ***AVOID THIS PLACE*** ***SEEK OTHER TREATMENT OPTIONS***

Im looking for a good primary care doctor because healthcare partners doctors keep leaving. I showed up to my appointment on time, checked in and was ready to see the doctor. Last night i was organizing my wallet for insurance card, drivers license, etc. When i was called up for my co pay, i realized i left my credit card at home. When i told them i left my card at home and only had $10 on me, they told me they would have to ask if they could see me. They called me to the desk in front of 30 people waiting and told me i couldnt be seen because i didnt have my $25 co pay. I asked them to bill me and they said no. How embarrassing. And i couldnt see the doctor because of $25. And the girl who told me kinda had a smart ass smile on her face. I have never been treated so poorly by a staff. DO NOT GO HERE.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Reddy as our primary care physician for several years. Dr. Reddy is very knowledgable, and listens to his patients. He is by far the best family practice doctor I have ever been to. His PA Robinson is also very knowledgable and caring, so you cant go wrong with this practice. If youre looking for a great doctor in the Las Vegas area I highly recommend Dr. Reddy and PA Robinson. I havent seen the other two that work out of this location so I cant review them, but the office staff is excellent. One other bonus is they have someone on site to do lab draws so if you need blood work they can do it during your visit.

My family have been patients of Anthem Hills for over 10 years now. Dr. Bhatia has treated my husband and I and Dr. Reddy has treated our children. Every visit has been absolutely amazing! We are never kept in the waiting room very long. The scheduling staff always squeezes us in if we have an urgent matter. Both Doctors Bhatia and Reddy are very good at listening to their patients and dont recommend medications unnecessarily. They have recommended natural options many times when medication was not needed. We are so happy with the care the entire family has received over the years!

I was seeing Laurie Michlin for many years when she was in Boulder City. When she moved to Anthem Hills my husband and I came right along with her! She is THE BEST!!! We live in Arizona and we drive a LONG way to see her - shes worth every single mile!!! We have never had any experience with the other doctors in the group but she speaks very highly of them so I would be very comfortable seeing one of them in her absence!!

One word to discribe Dr. Reddys office and his staff...AWESOME! Dr. Reddy has been my familys doctor for over 6 years now and we refer anyone and everyone who asks. Keep up the awesome job Dr. Reddy, Dr. Bautia and Laurie! The girls in the office are TERRIFIC!

Marlina and her staff are wonderful. Very friendly, patient and attentive. I have been seeing her for years and would not go elsewhere! On my last visit, had no wait time at all. Very on top of things!
