Just left there, was going to have Doctor Henson become my children and my primary care doctor. - I have a headache. Doctor Henson requires a "meet and greet" appointment before giving physicals. I was not informed of this! I thought I was going to get a physical. After being placed in an exam room I was told I would need to come back for the exam, that the "Doctor just wants to make sure you are choosing her to treat you." - Thats why I was there!!!! Despite the aforementioned, upon meeting Doctor Henson I asked if she could treat my children as well. She said she could. I decided I could overlook the "meet and greet," and would bring them to see her. Before leaving her mandatory social function, I scheduled an appointment for my boys the following week. On the way home I received a call from the practice. I was informed that the boys would also have a "meet and greet" with the doctor prior to receiving a physical. I paid a $30 copay to have a meet and greet with a doctor. My insurance was billed by the doctor, though I cant see how they can be billed, it wasnt an exam. She was going to give me referrals to doctors that take my insurance (Ortho/Gyn). While that is nice, I dont need referrals with my insurance. What I needed was a physical. This is also what I scheduled the appointment for! My boys 15 and 21 need physicals. Its not a social visit, its medical care. I canceled the appointment. Also: Staff are allowed to dress down on Fridays. Medical Assistant was very unfriendly. Her outfit (faded bedazzled jeans and a black t-shirt) showcased her professional mannerism. The young African American girl at the desk was very pleasant. She was the only one who was. While I was turned off by my experience, I thought Doctor Henson would be satisfactory in meeting my families medical needs. Her additional request of more "meet and greet" appointments determined otherwise.

I am new to the area so I am not familiar with getting around comfortably. They never called to confirm my appointment. It turns out they entered my number incorrectly and never jotted down my email address. I had an 11am appointment. I showed 5 minutes past 11am. The receptionist said she needed to ask the doctor to see if she could see me. She then says they will see me but needs to take my co-pay. Immidiately after she takes my co-pay she says the doctor wont see me and that i have to reschedule. I asked the receptionist for my money back which luckily they voided and I was able to receive a reciept. Bottom line, I felt like I was treated unfairly. Im not sure if its because I am a new patient but this place did a great job of making me feel insignificant. I have never been treated so awfully at a doctors office. If you are a new patient, you should look to go somewhere else.

I have been seeing Dr Brennan for over 15 years and always had plenty of time for questions and answers. So when he retired and Dr Riley took over I thought I would try a visit with him. Didnt know that each question asked your now being charged for and the emails that I received from this doctor are insane. One reference was bringing in my care for a tuneup and then asking for my tire to be checked. That would not be included. The visit was absolutely terrible and I have found a wonderful doctor that dosent charge you per question.

I have been going to this practice for well over a decade. I absolutely adore Dr. Gregory Bell. He is by far the BEST physician I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot of them. Not only is he caring and attentive, but he explains every detail of his treatment and diagnosis. I do not mind at all having to wait for him to see me because I know that he will spend as much time with me as is necessary. He absolutely never rushes through an appointment. I do not know what I will do if he retires!

I was a patient of Dr Michael Brennan for over a year after having changed insurances. Unfortunately, he has retired and I was not given a choice of a new doctor; instead I was "given" to the new doctor on staff. Dr Riley apparently is one of those doctors that expects you to follow instructions without question and thank him for being rude to you. It sounds like the rest of the Doctors there are very good and I am sure Dr Riley did well in school in all subjects but one - bedside manner!

I like this doctors office. I can get an appointment easily; someone actually answers the phone! My doctor is efficient and knowledgeable. When I had a problem with a prescription refill, the doctor confirmed it was sent during my appointment, and the problem was actually the pharmacy. Easy parking. Ive seen other doctors when mine was out of the office. There is always someone who will fit you in. I recommend any of their doctors.

I have been coming to this medical practice for 17+ years and have always had a positive experience. Dr. Deidrick takes the time to listen and appears to truly care about her patients. On occasion when she was not available I have seen other physicians in this practice and have never had a negative experience. They get you in quickly when need be and have excellent follow up. I would highly recommend this physicians office.

I have been seeing Dr. Mansfield for about a year and a half now and she is AMAZING! Her assistant Cindy is very sweet as well. Dr. Mansfield makes me feel so comfortable and she never makes me feel rushed! She is very knowledgeable and I always leave feeling better! I never wait....the entire office is great! I HIGHLY recommend her!

The absolute worst office staff ever. No matter how many times Ive sent record requests theyve been ignored. I needed them to send paperwork for me to get a very important prescription and I had to actually drive to the office and stand there while waiting for the papers otherwise they just dont care at all. Terrible. Dont go. Ever.

Long wait times and disasterously poor doctor involvement. This place appears to be about churning through patients to maximize profits. They will send you a referral in the mail with little detail and no follow-up, even for serious conditions. Expect to wait well beyond your scheduled appointment time. 0/5 if possible.

I love that my care is handled by all certiefied Doctors instead of PAs and NPs and that it is one of the only practices that is still private. When it comes to healthcare Im not looking at the service of the staff, I care about how good my doctor is and this place has the best.

Dr Deadrick, I feel is a warm sincere person with so much good energy and with a lot of knowledge. But after seen by her and getting information to the pharmacy is another thing. Miss communication within the office personal.

Ive been seeing Dr. Smith since I was a baby and I love her! Not only is she an awesome doctor with quick responses but she always remembers whats going on in my life. She feels like a cool auntie. Highly recommend!
