Dr. Lee is my doctor and has been for 10 years. Since Family Practice has merged with Banner Health at this office, the customer service has truly gone down hill. Now I feel like a number rather than a patient. It is hard to talk to a human being through the phone system. I always get voice mail. When I do talk to someone, I feel that I am getting a pacifier put into my mouth. I waited 2 days to talk to someone. Its just not the way it used to be. I really dont want to change my doctor because Dr. Lee is amazing and always has been to me, but Im frustrated with the feel I am getting from the staff in this office.

Since the swap into Banner Health- getting an appointment or talking to anyone other than the automated system is nearly impossible. I was with Family Practice and Associates for 5 years prior to the merge and never had this poor of customer service. They hold time slots (which happen to be the only time I can come) for "day of" appointments that you cant make ahead of time. If you work before 8 and cant make a phone call in youll be stuck 4 weeks out.
