Awful!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! First, when I had an urgent medical question, they paged the DR on call. Over an hour later, the answering service called me to make sure the Dr had called me - they had not. They said they would call them again and make sure they would call me. Never heard from the DR. Did not give a damn about their patients. Second, I switched to new insurance which required prior authorization on a prescription that I had taken for years. The pharmacy faxed it over on Monday. I also sent a message through the online system asking that if they could take care of it as soon as possible, I would appreciate it since I was out of the medicine . On Friday, they still had not responded. The insurance company called on Friday at 2pm and the Dr and his staff had gone for the day - which meant the earliest they would do anything was Monday. He did not give a damn that I had been out of my needed prescription for now over a week, and because of his laziness and dont give a damn attitude about his patients, I was going to be out of it at least another week. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. Just a corporate dr office that is all about getting paid.

Horrible followup. Initial visit was fine. First encounter with Gout. Extremely painful. Doc sent me home with pain meds that didnt work. I followed the rules, waited until the next morning, left a message saying I was still in excruciating pain, and needed a different med. No call back. Called around 10am, sat on hold, was disconnected twice. Finally got a live human who said Doctor I saw wasnt in, got blind transferred to what I thought would be another doctor, but was just a nurse. Left another message. Called me back 6 hours later, missed call, called back 15 minutes later, they had no record of a phone call, so couldnt tell who called me. Got blind transferred to the same nurse. Left yet another voice mail. Got a call the next morning, she said to go to my regular doctor for a change in my pain meds. Really? It took a day and a half for them to tell me that? Im not a drug addict, just in pain. Hopefully I dont get sued for writing a bad review.

Terrible, Ill be switching as soon as I have an opportunity to search for new PCPS in my area. I never get back at my correct appointment time, I always wait on average 20-30 Mins past my appt time to be called back and the doctors here can never give you a diagnosis before making you do the run around with a million tests, scans etc. Ive never had so many issue with a doctors office. I love doctors assistance corrine taylor-busich the front staff and endless wait times are rediculous. I brought in my fiance because hes been vomiting consistently for 3 days straight and cant keep anything down, we arrived 25 minutes early at 9:05 (appy is at 9:30) to ensure all new patient paperwork was filled out prior to his appt time so there wouldnt be a hold up, still did not get called back until 10:10am and that was after mentioning we had been waiting so long. Very unprofessional facility.

Terrible service, was following up after a visit to the ER, Dr could care less to hear why I was there, and would barely let me get a word in. He sent me for an MRI and went on a 4 day vacation without following up leaving me in extreme pain. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go to urgent care because this practice dosent care about patients.

Dr Rada has been my family doctor for almost 30 years.. He is the most caring doctor I have ever come across and I see many doctors a month.. Sometimes its hard to get in but other than that the office staff is nice and I have no other issues..

Dr. MCCLINTON and the whole staff at this office is awesome. They are the most caring. I have also see most of the immediate care doctors and they are very good and attentive to my needs and get me feeling better Asap. .

Worst care ever. Do not go here. Extremely long waits. They lose your paperwork. They clock in and out. They even medded up prescriptions. They gave us someone elses.... HIPPA violations all over. Horrible staff.
