Dr. Parker seems like hes in over his head with everything, and his assistant Shelley is THE WORST! She never responds to inquiries promptly and often doesnt bother to respond at all. She sent in a WRONG prescription that could have killed me if the pharmacist hadnt caught it and then refused to apologize. Last week I made an appointment online, got a confirmation and set up my day off around it. Two days later I get an email saying the appt. had been changed to another date - no consulting me! I asked for an explanation but she ignored me. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

The wait time is terrible! They request that you be there 15 mins early to have you wait 30 mins after your appointment to get called back. I trusted them with my military medical records to copy to have on file and THEY LOST THE ENTIRE PACKAGE!!! This was a package with hundreds of records in it plus a cd. How are you so sloppy that you lose it?!?! Now I am completely screwed for my VA disability! Good work Shelly and Dr. Parker!!!

I believe the good Dr is being pressured to move the patients through the office by the corporation that employs him. He seems like a nice guy.

Dr Parker doesnt care at all, he just wants to get you in and out asap. I felt like I was in a fast food drive in line.
