Very poor experience. Dr. Williams was entirely unprofessional and didnt seem to want to help at all. I called for an appointment and asked the receptionist specifically if the dr could help me with an issue I was having. She said it would be no problem. After waiting 45 minutes in a musty, uncomfortable waiting room the Dr. Finally saw me. I explained to him my problem and he instantly said he needs to refer me to another specialist. This was very frustrating to me because I specified before the appointment if he could help me or not. He seemed only interested in collecting a bill for the visit and sending me to a referral where he probably collects a referral bonus. Please save your time and money and find yourself another physician.

I would not recommend this Doctors Office. Every time I have an issues Dr. Williams sends me out to a specialist or to do bloodwork. He send me out for blood work due to bloating and the office staff DID NOT check if LabCorp took my insures before sending me. Now I have a 429.00 bill and the Office Manager Sylvia is very rude. If I was told they did not take my insurance I would have never did the blood work. Plus Dr. Williams ordered extra test that was not needed and suck the bill on me.
