My son has 2 insurance plans due to him having Autism. He has Blue Cross through my husbands work as his primary insurance and Mercy Care (funded through Arizona) for his secondary. Dr Nally chose not to accept Mercy Care as of the end of the month which is fine. That is his own personal choice which I can understand. I know that the State does not pay much so I dont fault him for his choice. What I do fault him for is the manner in which it was explained to me that my son cant go to his office anymore....period. Through his assistant he said that Mercy Care wouldnt allow it and would drop my sons Mercy Care insurance if I only used his primary insurance and just paid the co-pay. I didnt think this sounded right so I called Mercy Care for clarification on what was told to me. Mercy Care said they had never heard anything so ridiculous that they wouldnt drop anyone from using their primary insurance and not using Mercy Care as the secondary. Furthermore Mercy Care explained that they would pick up the co-pay if Dr Nallys office billed them for it. They explained that they follow the primary insurance and even though Dr Nally is not on Mercy Care they would pay the co-pay if he is on Blue Cross list of providers. Basically they bow to the primary. I called the person who I spoke to at Dr Nallys office to explain to her that I just talked to Mercy Care and what was said. She said she would talk with Dr Nally and call me right back. I told her I was even willing to pay my Blue Cross co-pay and bill Mercy Care myself so he didnt have to be bothered with it. I was called back in 10 minutes. She explained to me that Dr Nally would not take my son because he had Mercy Care....period. He didnt care to check out the facts, he didnt even accept my offer to bill Mercy Care myself. My son could no longer be a patient even though he is a Blue Cross provider. I think this Doctor gets an "F" for lack of caring for his patients. He is not flexible and unwilling to work with people.

Good Drs themselves, but the office staff is very rude, and unhelpful, they like to charge for everything (print of YOUR lab work), you will wait for at least an hour to see into a room, another 30-45 minutes for the dr to come in. They will not give you any information over the phone of your x-ray results even after signing release forms, they want to you make another appointment and wait another 1.5 to hear what the dr says to do next. The funniest thing is in the office they have a sign that states if you are 10 minutes late you MUST reschedule your appointment...doesnt matter how long you have to wait, your time is not as good as their time! Its all about over booking and how many can they get in the door, its not about the actually care of the patience.

We started going to this office about 3 yrs ago and we love them, i do not take my son here since they are not pediatricians. They do treat children and i know they would have loved to see my son but picking someone who specializes in kids was important to me because it cuts back on wait times, exposure to tons of sick people when your child isnt even sick (our sons office has a sick and well waiting room) and has lots of kid friendly items while you are waiting. I think the other 2 reviewers should not have expected much more than what they got, pick a pediatrician if you want specialized service!

I have been going to Dr Nally for 2 years. Much of what he has done for me has been based on my blood work therefore making my treatment very personalized. I can look back at my labs and see the improvement from following his care. (And I feel much better too!) I love that he treats me as an individual and doesnt just prescribe the latest pharmaceudicals to me but evaluates my needs through the lab work and then develops a treatment plan according to my bodys needs.

Im an old soldier and an old athlete. With that said, it is and has been extremely difficult to find a primary care physician that I can trust much less admire and respect. Dr. Nally is in many ways helping me to save my life and foot (diabetes). His knowledge and capability is above question, his compassion and empathy is boundless. If you are looking for a doctor that will impact your life in a positive way, I strongly recommend him.

My daughter (8) had a middle ear infection along with a very swollen gland under her ear. The doctor just prescribed her medication instead of referring her to an ENT which he should have done. After fighting this infection with the doctor for 3 weeks she had to be submitted to the hospital and almost had to have major surgery. This doctors pride got in the way of my daughters health.

This office has been awful for my mom. Theyve cancelled three appointments on her. She made an appointment, then they called her to come in for an earlier date. Cancelled that appointment on her, rescheduled then cancelled again! She needed results from an mri and blood work. Very unprofessional and frustrating for her.

I see PA Jenna Lightfoot. 15 years of pain and no diagnosis and at the first visit, Jenna diagnosed it. Recovery will be lengthy, and up to me. After 3 months, I am beginning to see results.
