I called about 10 min ago. Some lady named Priscilla with no customer service skills answers the phone and puts me on hold. After 10 min holding transfers me to a Medical assistance voice mail. I called again and she puts me on hold again. This is a family medicine Clinic in Litchfield Park . After telling her do not puts me on hold again. She says “What do you need “I replied I am sick and I need to see a doctor. She starts asking me general questions for booking my appointment, then she asks if I have insurance , I say yes United health care, she asked me for some numbers and I told this lady that my wallet was in the car and I wasnt feeling well. I am in bed and couldnt move right now. She said “ I can wait so you can go and get it right now , or you can call later when you have this information so I can book your appointment. I hanged up. I am very disappointed.I live around the corner at the Golden Est

We have been patients of Pinnacle family since 2008, however in in 2009 we had to relocate due to insurance reason, I was so happy to get my new insurance and go back to the normal, I do have to say I had to call twice to have my meds called in to my mail in pharmacy, the girl was just going to brush me off again until I asked her to confirm my caremark information, not sure what happened but they had not issues with my husband mail in meds, and his meds arrived to my house and he was seen by the Doctor way after I did???? at least it was figured and without attitude... I felt that we are all human and over worked sometimes so I slipped thru the cracks but I was never talked down to, nor was I being yelled at like at the other office we suffered with for the last 4 yrs... all in all, Pinnacle staff and doc are all so nice to us...

Dr. Engstrom is an amazing Doctor. I have been pleased every time Ive visited him. One very important thing to me is the wait times an office, I dont think Ive ever waited more than 5 minutes. Upon arrival they move things along quickly but not so much that you feel like your needs and concerns arent being met. I appreciate the fact that he is a Christian and does a lot of outreach in other countries as well. All around, my experiences have been pleasant, professional and friendly.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Engstroms for over three years and have nothing but praise for this caring and competent man. His qualities extend to his staff; theyre always very professional. If you let them know you need attention immediately, they really try to get you in quickly. Once Im checked in, Ive never had to wait for more than 15 min. to be seen. Thank you, Dr. E. and staff!

I am a new patient of Dr. Engstrom and my first impression of him was amazing. Hes so easy to talk to and very friendly and personable.. Hes an amazing dr and will be our family dr moving forward... He made us laugh and I felt very safe and comfortable with him.. The staff was also very easy to work with I would recommend this amazing dr to everyone... job well done

I have been with Dr Engstrom for several years. He and his staff are unequivocally the best. He will be our family doctor until he is no longer able to practice medicine. I love that his practice is faith based. You are constantly greeted with a smile. They are awesome at diagnosis and treatment without over diagnosing and treating.

Dr. Engstrom has been my doctor since 2008. He is compassionate, he listens, and is the most incredible doctor I have ever had. His office staff is just as wonderful as well are the other physicians in the office...I would NEVER consider going elsewhere as this feels like home to me.
