Horrible! My mother was one of his patients and I just have to say, I had her change doctors because every time she had an appointment they kept her waiting at least two hours. She was always on time but the office overbooks too many patients for the same time. The last time she had an appointment , they kept her waiting until 5:30 pm to be seen and her appointment was around 2. My mother is elderly and not in the best health, recovering from a fractured hip, so being there waiting all those hours took a lot out of her that day. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvience or even ask if we wanted to wait that long to be seen. The front office is not friendly or caring. The doctor seems to NOT care, is not thorough, nor does he respect the patients time. It is not just a one time occurance either, there was never a time I can remember that she was seen anywhere close to her appointment time.

Es demaciado tonto tener que esperar casi dos oras para que te atiendan yo pienso que se debe de reportar lo que esta aciendo este doctor con las aseguransas horrible servicio para mi mejor boi a buscar un doctor que le preocupen sus pacientes poque a este no le importa perderlos no se lo recomiendo a ninguna persona busquen otro mejor

If i could give 0 stars i would. Ive never had a basic check up take 3 hours to see the dr for 5 min. The staff seemed nice and friendly but i called everyday for over a week trying to get a call back on a question after my appointment i never got a call back and they just wanted me to make another appointment instead of just answering yes or no. Besides instead of finding out whats wrong the dr just wants to put you on a bunch of medication instead of actually listening and being a Dr.

I have been seeing Dr. Friedman for almost 20 years and have put up with his horrible staff and waiting for hours to see him because I thought he was a awesome doctor. But just recently I needed his help on filling out a form for Unemployment he just had to check that I could work. but he did not and now I can not get my unemployment and I have no money and no food because of him and his staff....looking for an attorney. Never been so treated so bad in my life.

Dont go there the stuff is really rude, they always loose or say they didnt get the labs or x-rays reports. Its always hard to get them and phone and when you do they are rude make it seen like its someone elses fault for missing labs or not sent prescription to the pharmacy. And yes my Mom has to wait about 3 plus hrs to be seen and be told that she can only ask the doctor 2 questions.

I went there for a pregnancy test and it took so long I left and the receptionist yelled out I was pregnant as I was leaving. It took a lot of prayer to just keep walking and not go off on her.

I love Dr Friedman but his receptionist is rude and unprofessional. She needs to be fired! This is the 2nd time she has put a patient in front of me because she has a conflict with me!
