I would not recommend Banner Health Clinic to anyone. When you need referrals sent...they take their own sweet time faxing them or calling or dont send them at all. Dr Thomas Pena is very Rude, Inconsiderate. Not a compassionate or very thorough Dr at all. One of those that you are in and out in 5 minutes. The more patients the more money he makes. Thats how he makes you feel. He doesnt listen to what you tell him ...hes too busy talking over you. I have Fibromyalgia and alot of Severe Chronic Pain and the last time I was in there I was crying (not loudly just tears rolling down my face) His Nursing Assistant went back and told him I was crying and disturbing the other clients in the waiting room (which I dont see how tears can disturb anyone) and when I saw Dr Pena he jumped all over me for disturbing others and told me if I had to cry to do it in my car next time. Well needless to say I will NOT ever go to see him ever again. I suggest you try another clinic or Dr besides him.

Dr. Pena and his entire staff have always been both professional and caring during each and every visit. From Colleen and Jennifer out front who always remember me by name and greet me with a smile, to Hilda and Angela that go above and beyond anytime I email or need something extra. My medical list is long and Dr. Pena always spends as much time as needed with me during my monthly appointments and does his best to get me the best care possible. Thanks team and keep up the great work!!
