I have been going here since around 2008 or 2009 and they been nothing but excellent to me. Their front office staff is very professional in what they have done. They also try and get you in as quickly as possible, if a cancellation happens, theres a good chance theyll call you and see if you want to get in. Sometimes youll be seen the same day, even if youve scheduled an appointment for a later time. The first person I saw this clinic was Dr. Engstrom. Let me tell you he is a very kind hearted person and will listen to everything you have to say. He is an amazing person that does a lot of good for his patients and for community. One time I came in for something (its hard to remember what because its been so long) he noticed that I had redness on the my nose from an old pair of glasses that had been bothering me. This pair that I had was just a pair I got from someone that happened to work because I lost my old pair of glasses. I believe it was the next day. I got a call from an eyeglass saying that someone had sponsored me for an eye exam and a pair of glasses. Now Im 100% sure it was him but I good feeling it was. Im very grateful for whoever did it there. It helped me out greatly. One time I was having major problems with my stomach area, I went to West Valley Hospital and they diagnosed me twice with an ulcer. I went in shortly after these visits to the ER because I still having pains. It was either Dr. Engstrom or Dr. Brent that had me get a 2nd opinion (its been many years). In the end it turned out being gallstones. Im very glad they were professional in getting everything taken care for me. My gallbladder is now out and, now Im pain free :). Dr. Brent is very professional it when comes to his patients. When I first met him, I could tell from the start he has a passion for his patients and a love for his job. Hes dealt with some awkward problems of mine. Hes dealt with an ingrown of mine that Ive had problems with. Hes dealt with it twice and sometimes doctors dont want to deal with things like this. He took the time and effort to take care of the problem with my toe and ever since I havent had any problems with it. Im very thankful for that. Throughout my time coming to this clinic, I have grown a trust in the doctors and the PAs that work at this clinic. Not only are these people highly professional and love what they do, they are overall great people that are friendly and very kind. I always walk out with a smile coming out of the clinic knowing that I have been helped and cared for. Once youve been there long enough, it seems like theyre a family to you and theyll treat you like family too. I would recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Thank you Pinnacle Family Medicine for everything that you have done for me. I love coming to your practice. All your staff is professional. The doctors and PAs listen to all your needs no matter simple or complicated they may be. I could go on more about this practice. However, I think that everyone should experience it first hand for themselves. You wont regret it, trust me :).

What makes a great doctor? What makes a strong office? What makes a practice worth giving the loyal medical needs of your precious family to? These are many questions that we patients struggle with to determine the best office for family medicine. There are an array of qualifications and awards that while valuable and not able do not make or break a great doctors office. These awards can hang from a wall, but what really makes a patient continue to trust and love the business is the people. Its extremely difficult to find a trustworthy practice with kind, caring, and bubbly office staff; with knowledgeable doctors; with a clean and fresh environment; with wise and willful medical technicians and specialists; and most importantly with a value system founded in Christ that is made public. There has only been one other doctor that I have ever seen that openly proclaims Christs love within their office walls until I walked into Pinnacle Family Medicine. Instantly, I knew this was the place Id like to call for any of my familys medical needs. The fact that a doctor can be so honest and open about Christ and the foundation of the practice is exactly what we all want in a practice: transparency. Specifically, I love the privilege of seeing Doctor Young and Qureshi. These doctors are kind, passionate, educated, sweet, thoughtful, patient, comprehensive, and simply blessings. In sum, no one particularly "enjoys" going to the doctor, but knowing you will be greeted with a smile, seen by valuable and wise professionals, and treated like you really matter makes the experience that much more bearable. This is certainly a top notch office that cant be beat!

I was pretty excited to come to Pinnacle based on their mission statement shown on their website. Boy did I get a rude awakening. They are far from helpful, never return calls like they say they are going to and I honestly dont think they care about their patients one bit. Maybe they just didnt care to help me. I was told it could take up to 14 days to receive a call back to change my pain management center since the pain meds they were willing to prescribe gave me harsh side effects. 14 DAYS of unassisted PAIN is absolutely ridiculous, well unless you are not the one in pain then maybe 14 days is ok. These folks have no empathy for the people they serve, the people who are paying their bills (US). They need to understand that without us they will not continue to exist. It is a privilege for them to receive our business and they need to start acting like it. This place needs to up their level of attention and care for their patients, or get out of the business so those of us who really need help dont waste our time coming to them only to have to leave and find care elsewhere. Tuesday I sent a long email expressing my concerns with their practice and they never even bothered to follow up to make things right. That is poor customer service and shows a true lack of compassion for the medical profession, which should hinge upon HELPING people increase their quality of life. I am so disappointed in Pinnacle that I am planning on spreading the word on as many social media outlets as possible so that others do not have to experience what I experienced. SAVE SOME TIME AND PICK A DIFFERENT PROVIDER PLEASE!!!!!!

When we first found Dr. Engstrom I was looking for a doctor for my teenager because I could not get him into his pediatrician and I had a good friend refer me to his practice. My son was experiencing symptoms of Type 1 diabetes and being that I am Type 1, I was extremely concerned. The knowledge and kindness of his staff was amazing and we havent left since. I was super excited when Dr. Houlihan joined the practice as myself and my husband have been patients of his for years, so now we all are at the same practice. Dr. Houlihan is the kindest doctor I have ever come across. I can go on an on about how amazing everyone one is from the front desk staff to the doctors, but what really solidified my faith in their practice was how the dealt with my mom. A couple years ago my mom needed a refill on a prescription. She was fighting cancer and was being seen at Mayo, but they required certain scripts to come from her family care doctor. My mom hadnt been in town long as I moved her when she was diagnosed with cancer. She had a lot of anxiety going to a new doctor, but they immediately put her at ease. My mom was the most God loving person I have ever met and when the doctor prayed with her she felt so special. Mom is no longer with us on earth, but the fact that they took the time on several occasions to make her feel at ease means so much to me and I will be forever grateful for their compassion. I continue to refer everyone I know to their practice and I will not go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
