The most INEPT office staff. No one in that office communicates with each other. I had pre-op clearances done at their office almost 8 weeks in advance of surgery and here it is a week before surgery and they STILL have not sent them to my surgeon. This at least 3 weeks after they had called me and told me that they want me to make an appointment to discuss the results of my pre-op clearances. I asked them if it about the issue Im already scheduled for surgery on, they tell me yes. I ask why they need to have me come in to discuss an issue Im already having surgery for and they said, "Oh! Is this a surgery clearance?" Apparently the bright yellow paper that was handed to them entitled, "Pre-Op Clearance" in bold black lettering and the appointment I already had gone to that was set up for a pre-op clearance wasnt a sufficient enough of a clue. Me telling them this was about my pre-op clearance again, did not seem to ring any bells with them. Now I have just called their office and asked them why my pre-op clearance has not been sent to my surgeon. They have no clue. Nothing in their notes show that the pre-op clearance was done even though I had all the testing they could do in their office done their and I have the results of the testing done outside of their office. Not sure why I have copies of all the testing done outside of their office without issue and they cant even get the results from the tests done inside their office. I shouldve been more proactive about finding a new primary care physician. This is not the first time Ive had problems with them. Ive never even met the actual doctor whos office this is. He farms out all his patients to physicians assistants. One time I was in for a case of severe bronchitis. I was sent home with nothing to help and later that day was in the emergency room because my bronchial tubes were so inflamed they became restricted to the point of being unable to breathe. I shouldve given Dr. Allens office my ER bill since the ER actually treated me unlike their office. Theyve "accidentally" canceled appointments. Been completely clueless as to what the appointments were actually for...etc. Im completely fed up with them. Currently looking for a new primary care physician.

This is the worst office weve ever dealt with. All this office cares about is getting you in on your insurance and then flipping you into a VIP by you paying out of pocket for special treatment; if you refuse to join, anything and everything you request gets ignored. For myself it took over two weeks to get a referral for cpap supplies and that was with me calling at least 3 times a week. As for my wife, the referral request supposedly had been on Dr Richards, the PA desk for over 3 weeks and was never approved. So either Anthony the doctors assistant keeps lying to us telling us its on his desk waiting for him to even look at it or the doctors here dont care about the patients unless you are a VIP and keep pushing your request to the bottom of the pile. My wife had to go to the hospital because of fluid in her lungs, we followed up with Dr Richards after her release, we got a referral to a gastro Dr who did an endoscopy and said we needed to next see ENT & pulmonary dr so we went back to our pcm whom we already talked about both ENT & Pulmonary to get a referral for both...3 weeks of calling and nothing was ever done by these guys except ignore us and give us the around. After 3 weeks of calling these guys we went back to the gastro Dr and he gave us the referral to ENT and now we will be forced to go to Urgent Care for pulmonary until we can get a new pcm to give us a referral. Be cautious and be warned if you choose to go here. My wife is suffering and they dont care. Again Im not sure if its Dr. Allen, Dr. Richards or Anthony? They dont return calls or communicate with you and when you call you get a run around.

Ive had the misfortune of being a patient at this office for about a year. Out of around a dozen appointments, I saw the doctor once for 15 minutes. He told me that he could "cure" my Diabetes that Ive had since I was 10. He encouraged me to follow a vegan diet heavily based on potatoes and corn because "there were lower incidents of Diabetes in 19th century Ireland." When I asked for the citations for these studies, I was told I could pay to take his special classes where he taught people like me how to "reverse Diabetes." This contradicts everything any endocrinologist or dietitian has ever told me. Simply put, its dangerous information. He basically uses his practices to lure people into his special VIP club where you get access to his classes and actual health care. He has front desk staff running 1-minute EKGs and any test they can dream up to charge extra. His billing agent has threatened to turn me into collections over a $75 that is simply a mistake that Ive tried to correct over several months. She also screamed at me on the phone. His front desk staff gave me someone elses file, violating their HIPPA rights. Im filing official complaints with every governing and regulatory board for doctors that I can find. At best, this person is a quack. At worst, hes simply milking patients to support his VIP care practice. AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL Costs.

I am an asthmatic . . . . I visited this office on a Monday . . . . . I told the medical professional at this location that I had been asthmatic for the last 30 years and told him about my regular regiment of medication that resolves my problem. He treated this as a chest cold, gave me the antibiotics and cough suppressant and did not give me the Prednisone (which cures my condition)gave me a referral to take a chest x-ray (after telling me he did not hear any wheezing in my chest). It is now Friday, I received no follow up on this X-Ray. On Thursday, my wheezing became so bad and I became so sick that I went to an Advanced Urgent Care facility on 9975 S. Eastern Avenue, Suite 110 Las Vegas, Nevada 89183. Within a half hour they had me on a two nebulizer treatments, and had to give me a steroid shot because I was so week and sent me home with Nebulizer medication and Prednisone. After the two treatments in the Office I became functional, I was able to actual go on with my life. The antibiotics that Dr Allens office issued me did cure the Upper Respiratory infection that I had, as for the cough suppressant, it has little effect on an as asthmatic cough and left me with more body aches then when I went to Dr. Allens Office.

So, This has been my primary doctor for almost year now. I wasnt impressed with the quality of service at first, but no real complaints initially. I needed to get an ultrasound done. I was not given any instructions, so I ate in which I was not suppose to. I ended up having to come back for another appointment. When I came back for that appointment, I was advised over the phone to the women who called me that I would just be getting my lab results, that turned out not be true. The doctor did come in an apologize for the sequence of mistakes. I continued to come for my check ups. My husband began to go as well. My husband needed to get blood work for a position he applied for, to prove he mad received his measles immunization ( we could not find his shot records) usually with blood work, they are very fast. Well, it has been over 2 weeks and still no results, weve called multiple times and nothing. My husband actually missed the job because of it. I tried calling in all day yesterday, no answer or call back, even after emailing. At this point I feel it is best to find a new Primary, for my husband and I.
