This doctors office is the worst. The people in the front have to be doing clinicals because they dont know what they are doing. Dr. Karen dont listen. She will sit there staring at her computer screen nodding her head not making any eye contact. (Rude) She could be looking at porn, or checking her Facebook. I tell her what I have been taking for a cough and what does she do?? She prescribes me exactly what I already been taking it just has a different name. Smh when I call back to get it switched to something that will work they have an attitude and they dont call you back. You have to bug them. Ridiculous. As quick as this business came they will be gone if they keep up the service they provide.

They were not so bad back in early 2016. It is not the NP per say. No its the idiots who schedules and calls you back. I check in for a 9:00am appt at 8:30am. I am not seen til nearly 10am! Worse place ever, may be convenient but not worth the HEADACHE! I have had issues every visit! Its sad when you try to keep up with your health and this Doctors office does not care at all! They apologize for calling people before and STILL call people before me. They retaliate bc you complain. Ignorance at their finest. They do not care either, thats the part that makes it so much worth. Do not put your health in their hands.

Receptionist are lazy they have the worst customer service they sound drunk when i call for information and they dont answer my question and i live near by, they rarely have business. I wouldnt pay $150 for just a visit everytime and to be treated with no respect. Theres no positive energy from these people. They just want your money and for you to get out.

The staff are very nice and caring. I will definitely refer her. They really do care about their patients issues. I like them a lot and the provider is also very professional and helpful.

Great staff and doctor Hannah is very nice and understanding. Im also on the pain management side as well and there just as concerning and considerate. And the NP is very nice and sweet.
