So Ive been to this location a few times and the service in front desk is horrible. First when I approched the front desk I catch the girl with glasses on her phone on Snapchat. They ignored me for quite some time telling me to hold on and finally they get my info tell me to sign in and to sit down. I sit across from them and they just let the phones ring. I see one person working and that was the young gentleman who roomed me. He was the only one i see answering phones and actually working. When they called me to collect my copay I caught the girl with glasses sitting next to the front desk girl texting her life away pretending to do work. All while i sat there i seen her just pretend to do work and have other do her work for her. That office has no privacy they have the tv on full blast yet I could hear everything that would say. Those girls up front would just gossip and not work at all, I could hear them load and clear from my own room. The first time I was called back was by a young man and he was a blessing made me almost forget of how bad their front desk is. He was so nice and really outgoing. He would go abovr and beyond for you. He asked about my day and you could tell he liked his job since it seemed he did most of the heavy lifting there in all my visits and got all the proper info he needed since Nathan knew exactly what I needed before I even talked. Everytime I go see this clinic I only see him working and running around and calling out for patients and doing all the calls for results. Everytime I would call it would be him answering and he was really good at calling me back when I would leave a message with the provider. He would let me know he would get back to me and resolve my issue. I would tell him I left messages with the front desk but they would not get back to me and he would assume me he would get the problem fixed and sure enough in 30 mins to an hour I would get a call from him stating Nathan has helped me. On some of my visits the front desk girl would seem like she was working and checks in but the person next to her really needs to find a different profession because later in my visits I found out she is the supervisor and I have not once been there and not seen her on her phone. Supervisors should not be in their phones on Facebook, snapchat or texting. Once i was roomed in the room next to their front desk and I could hear the front desk gossip more, they would talk about their guy issues and brag about their sexual experiences. I tried my best to ignore them. Another pro is the provider Nathan. He is awesome he is so smart and really helped me with my issues he and the gentleman who assist him are the only two good things about this location. When the phlebotomist took me back for my bloodwork i saw another women in the back just sitting on her chair on her phone when she heard us come she quickly put down her phone and pretended to be working. This location is really money hungry because they make you do two vital signs that are not medically necessary to your health, a hearing and breathing test which most insurance do not cover and when I refused that made me sign a form where it states that its a risk to my health not doing them that Nathan recommend me to have them done but when I asked him he didnt believe it was nessassary to get my medications refilled. Such a scam. I also saw Stephanie one time and she tried to force a ABI on me which is this expensive test that checks for blood clots and vascular disease just because I smoked for 6 months 8 years ago!! Like really you could tell she gets a bonus for those test cuz she was almost begging me to get it done. The owner really needs to rethink his staffing and his policy. No need to make people do extra stuff on their visit. Just let us get what the actual provider recommends in regards to the issues we come in.

Good enough if you need quick care. I was a walk-in patient and was seen within 30 minutes. I went in for a common infection and received the necessary medication that same day. That being said, somehow the lab attempted to charge over $700 to my insurance. I dont understand how that was possible since it was blood work that the county does for less than $30. A week passed, and I was never informed the results were in so I had to call. I was forced to return and pay a second visit to receive the results. During the second appointment, the provider suggested doing MORE blood work because she claimed my protein was low. It was very obvious they were trying to juice my insurance for money. The staff is not enthusiastic to work there. The receptionist even dared to ask me from across the room if I wanted a flu shot. There are seats immediately in front of the receptionist which obviously removes all privacy from any conversations that occur in the area.

This Dr. Office is all about the money! Make sure you go to your appointment with a pocket full of Cash! And some thick skin most of the staff was Rude. Trying to get prescription filled and they declined it said I need to go in to see the Dr. First. I explained I did this last time all the Dr. Sorry (Nurse Practitioner) did was weigh me measure my hight wrote some stuff down and sent me on my way that cost me $50 now I need my script filled again and now they want $75 for the same nonsense Dr. Visit I would highly recommend to STAY AWAY!

The woman at the front desk was rude and short . She made it seem like I was a huge inconvenience and pain in her butt. The place looks nice enough inside and seemed clean but they spray so many synthetic perfumes and cleaners that I had to breathe through my shirt because it was so overpowering. I left with a headache.

Ive been coming in for quite sometime now and I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. The front desk girls and staff are very professional and courteous. I was roomed in less then 30 min and was out in less than an hour. I would recommend to anyone who wants great service!

Its been over a month since my referral to receive carpal tunnel screening. I received a diagnosis of moderate to severe carpal tunnel and have yet to receive a phone call back from my doc about future orthopedic plans for me. Called yesterday and was told I would get a call back...nothing.

I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM HERE I HAD A APT AT 3:00PM DID NOT GET PUT IN A ROOM TELL 3:45PM THEN WHEN THE DOCTOR CAME IN I WAS TOLD SHE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO LOOK OVER ME TODAY EVERY TIME I TALKED SHE WOULD TALK OVER ME. VERY RUDE! CALLED FOR THE OFFICE MANAGER NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.

I was STD checked and the doctor did not take a sample of my blood like she was supposed to and said she was going to do. I was prescribed a birth control that my insurance did not cover and my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Two thumbs down.
