I have been seeing Doctor Allen for several years now and I have always been impressed by how quickly he can identify health issues I am having and I believe there are several reasons for this. First of all Doctor Allen is highly intelligent which enables him to zero in on the issue very quickly, secondly he is very thorough in his exams, comparing results with prior exams, so he has the data to make the right call, and finally he asks questions, Doctor Allen cares enough to simply ask, how are things going and how are you feeling. For me, continuing to see Dr. Allen is a no brainer. I followed Dr. Allen from his previous location to the Middleton Clinic and if he were to leave Middleton I would follow him to his next location, if possible. I trust him that much to take care of the health issues that I have. I would recommend Doctor Allen to anyone and everyone!

I am pleased that Middleton Clinic/West Valley Medical Group, is located near my home. It is convenient and makes me feel secure knowing theres help close by if I ever had an emergency. With scheduled appointments, I rarely have to wait long to see my provider. Additionally, emergency situations are handled quickly as well. The staff are friendly and always make me feel welcome. Sis Ostolasa, PA-C, my provider, addressed my issues and treated me with respect. She listened to my concerns and followed through with expert help. I recommend Middleton Clinic to anyone seeking quality, professional medical care.

The Medical Team and their staff are efficient, sociable, knowledgeable of medical procedures and conditions, most of all they take the time to know you as a Person, not just a Patient, and go above prodigal when faced with an emergencies, as they did with me when I was having breathing issues during an appointment. I have Stage 4 Cancer,, and feel completely comfortable and assured they are doing what is best for me at all times. Sis is an amazing provider. But since she is leaving I will not be returning to this clinic. i have used this clinic since 2004 but not anymore. They are judgemental, unprofessional, and not helpful. I have had them cancel my appointments for stupid reasons, refuse to see me, and the staff has treated myself and my family horrible. They violate hippa and patients privacy constantly. They have mixed up charts and put my information in other patients and vice versa. I recommend finding a more professional office.

As a retired hospital administrator, I have been exposed to all levels of competence in the past. I have found that the West Valley Medical Clinic is in the top echelon of primary care facilities. The staff is exceptionally professional, the medical providers (MDs, PAs, FNPs, etc) are professional, personal (likable), and supported by excellent nurses and other technicians. I would recommend this clinic to my closest loved ones -- and that is the highest recommendation I could make.

Richard McConkie, NP, at the Middleton Clinic has been a great resource for us. We do a lot of our own healthcare from home, and we feel like he listens to us about what our goals are and how we want to approach healthcare, instead of just thinking that his way is the only way to go, and thats it. I feel safe in his office, and I cant say that about every doctors office. I highly recommend his services!

The very best clinic I have had in all my 65 years. Same for Dr. Allen and Sadie. Dr Allen really listens. Everyone at Middleton clinic treats me like family. This is the kind of Doctors office we had back before everything went high tech and everyone was just a number or a dollar. Glad Im back home. Thank you Dr Allen, Sadie and all the Ladies who work so hard for us at the Middleton clinic.

However, once service was provided and time spent with the medical professional we were very pleased with office and the Richard McConkie.
