Very disappointing experience. I have been treated so wonderfully by North Country in Flagstaff, Arizona I hate to write a bad review for the Kingman office, but I must. It was my first visit here and I was not told that if you were 5 minutes late they would cancel you. I am always early for doctor appointments but was detained this day and tried to call to say I would be a few minutes late but the phones were busy. I arrived no later than 5 minutes and 30 seconds later than my appointment. When I got to the desk the reception lady said I was canceled and was cold, rigid and clearly uninterested in anything I shared. I had come into an empty lobby and she was on the phone. I was coughing and went back out to my car to get my inhaler. When I returned she was still talking and I waited for her to finish and call me up. After some conversation she said I was now 8 minutes late although I had been there for at least close to 3 minutes. I dont know why people want to be so rigid, cold, and inflexible but she appeared to derive some joy from living this way. Sadly, I have chosen to seek a doctor elsewhere but do look forward to dealing with the wonderful loving people in Flagstaff when I return there.

I keep calling and trying to make an appointment and the girl on the phone (I dont know her name but it starts with a D) keeps telling me that I need to call the same day and try and come in early in the morning. Coming in early in the morning and hope that they can see me isnt gonna work for me. I have a 1 year old son that has to come with me. I dont wanna waste my time and pack him and the stroller up and get there and them not even be able to see me. I like to have things planned ahead of time that way I can request the day off of work. These people dont want to make me an appointment or help me at all. I had to drive all the way to bullhead just to be seen by someone. I also asked if I could see a girl doctor and the girl on the phone got irritated I could tell and thats when she told me I just need to come in in the morning and hope for the best. Also I had to call the number multiple times just to even get ahold of someone and when they did answer the phone kept dropping the call . Im not even gonna bother with this place at all anymore

I dont know why I continue to go here! Maybe because there are few facilities in the area. I was on hold for 13 minutes this morning just to ask if there were cancelled appointments. When I finally got through, the woman on the phone did other answer my question but asked for my date of birth and name, apparently to make an appointment which has I already have. Please dont tell me to call at 7:00 a.m. to check for cancelled appointments then not be able to simply say"No, Im sorry. Would you like to make one?" My doctor only works in this office two days a week. When I do see her, she only refers me to specialists, every time. I need better health care. This is NOT the place to get it! If you are looking for long-term care dont go here!

fine until your specialist tells you to get a referral, which you have to then get from the pcp who wont give it till you see him which then adds anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months, then you will have to wait another 2 months or more to finally get the referrals. Honestly, Flagstaffs office was a bit easier to deal with. What is the point of using specialists when the pcp interferes in the process while your suffering continues needlessly. Mohave county health care has a bad rep and No. Ctry. is not doing much to relieve that. NEEDS WORK!!! When Dr. Jordan was there it seems like it was a tiny bit better, but bureacracy is everywhere and none of them can alleviate that properly.

The worst experience ever. My back broken and n several places, took 2 months for an appointment. No one answers office phone (it took 10 days and 22 calls before anyone answered the phone.) I told staff about needing msg sent to Dr., They assured me I would get a call back. No call, they didnt send my urgent msg to Dr. after all. After sharing this with a few people, they also told me the same thing, some who had worse experience than me, they are reporting the clinic to their insurance companies due to terrible lack of care. I hope enough people respond , I certainly have. If youre in serious need of help, please look elsewhere for your own sake.

I gave 4 stars mainly because of the 2 month wait for the initial appointments for my family. I know this is NOT the facilities fault. Too many people not enough doctors in the area, I blame Obama care for long waits. We got in w/ a new Dr to the facility, Dr Adarangi. It was worth the wait, we see him every appointment. Staff is fantastic. Before we left our old Dr in RI he made sure we had refills until we found a new Dr, we were prepared to wait because thats just how it is now. The pharmacy is an extra, love that! Have a great day!

My husband had been in the hospital 5 days and home for one week after release. His condition got really bad Friday about 4:00 p.m. I called North Country and talked to very sympathetic staff person, she said the doctor Adransky had two more patients and would call me so I would know what to do. He never called me. It would have taken two minutes to call me but he didnt. Our doctors in San Diego would have taken the call and called us back even if it was weekend or evening.

I was 8 mins late due yo bad weather and traffic, the lady at the window said i was no show after only 5 mins after apt time, i have been going to this facility with my 5kids for 2 years and this is how they treat you, waste your time and gas and have to reschedule ,for 8 mins that you were not in control of the universe. Then i ask to see someone in charge and they make me wait an hour, i am about to walk out and find a new reliable respected family physician.

I do actually like it here. However as others have said, the wait time is ridiculous and getting someone who isnt a nurse to get back to you is impossible. They change doctors a lot and each doctors has a different philosophy on what you need, but its impossible to change doctors. I wish I could give 5 stars to their mental health staff, nurses, and the front desk staff. They are truly amazing.

I have been going here for years and have really appreciated the service and the care. Because they are good, they are busy! Their management policies help them keep their office running smoothly, to provide the time and individual service that they do to each patient. Their willingness to take same day patients is an extra bonus!
