The head of the front desk office was very rude and unprofessional. She was rude on the phone and in the office when I came for an appt. she kept on talking over me and kept interrupting. The doctor let her yell at me right in front of him in the patient room. Didnt tell her to stop or come down or to leave the room.I told the doc that I was not comfortable taking meds,but he kept on pushing them to me. I asked about natural herbs,but he said he didnt know anything about them. I came in for help with my panic attacks and instead I got yelled at by the staff! My heart was racing I couldnt wait to leave that place. Never again Ill go back. Horrible experience.

One of the worst experience with their front office. The primary doctor I used to go is good and listens to you. But their front office is very rude and never understands and cares for the patient. The facility manager is rude and helpless and will snatch your call if you are talking to other reps and preaches you the lessons

worst customer service . i try calling to change an appt or get my medications filled and it goes to a central operator. I am not going here anymore. this place has taken the personal patient experience and turned into a corporate disaster.
