I started at this office when it first opened years ago and it has gone down hill since then. There are multiple issues with this office and you will constantly get the runaround. The scheduling/ front desk people tell you one thing, the doctors tell you another. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I have constantly had problems getting my medications prescribed and filled. The pharmacy says called the doctor the doctor says call the pharmacy. I make an appointment and drive from Chandler to surprise just to get in to be seen to be told " we cant help you, we didnt mess up its your fault exc exc this is honestly one of the worst Ive ever seen!" When you cant get your blood pressure meds and you end up in the ER something is defiantly wrong." Time to file a complaint with the medical board.

I am a member of healthnet access. My doctors office called to tell me that I was not approved for a medication my doctors office provides. It requires a prior authorization from the doctors office.They either never sent it in or are using the wrong form. I called them many times to followup but no one was able to fix the problem. I even told them that I felt that I was being treated differently due to my medicaid insurance. The last time I called my insurance they told me I had called yesterday and I hadnt. It was obviously this doctors office. Should I have to put a password on my health insurance account? The medication is covered. That should be the end of it.

Ive been seeing Dr Inman for a couple of years. I had a 2:30 appointment today, arrived at 2:15 thinking Id be waiting a while. They got me right in, the doctor was in the room within a couple of minutes and I was actually back in my car driving away at 2:30. The bad reviews must have been there on an off day, Ive had great experience with the entire staff. Granted, today was probably an exceptional day for such quick service, but of the 3-4 visits Ive had here Ive never had a bad experience.

My husband has been a patient here since 2009/10. His doctor was lezewski..fast forward to 2016 we request his medical records..we are charged 50 bucks and half of his records are missing!! No referral notes prescription lists etc this is unacceptable!! This place is horrible! If youve been a patient for this long why cant you look at my medical history idiots...this back and forth mess is for the birds!! Done!

Have been going here for over 5 yrs now. The front office people are always kind and helpful. I never wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. I see Shelly Tellman and she always makes sure to answer all my questions and looks out for my best interest when it comes to my health.
