I would give a negative if I could. Doctor Evans used to be a good doctor, years ago. He doesnt listen to you or try to get you answers to get you better. He allows his staff to be extremely rude, not do their job, take months to get you a single referral. When you try to talk to him about his rude staff, he does nothing about it. He had a great referral coordinator named Anna. That office went to crap after she left. She obviously kept it all together. Even though he referred me to crappy doctors, at least she got my referrals to me super quick. He also had the best PA named Shantalla. After she left (notice a pattern), I had to actually see him again and realized then how bad he had become as a doctor. I filed a complaint on him about his staff and he actually sent me a letter telling me to find a new doctor. I had been with him since the early 2000s. No loyalty to his patients. However, doing that was the best thing he had ever done for me. My new doctor is amazing! Night and day difference! I am actually thankful Dr. Evans became such a bad doctor as well as his staff being horrible. I would still be stuck there being loyal to him had he not done what he did. I never knew a doctor could be so awesome until I found my new doctor. So actually thank you Dr. Evans. Oh and others are right, they never answer the phone or return calls and they have no idea what they are doing in that office. Sad to see what it became.

Dr. Evans is a vreat Doctor. He cares and speaks to you like you are a human. I go there because of him. The staff, however, some are sweet, but there are some really rude people there. I know dealing with the public can be tough sometimes but if you cant be kind most of the time you need to work somewhere that you dont represent the office. Dr. Evans is wonderful though. I would recommend him any day.

No one ever answers the phone, and when they do, the medical assistants and front desk people speak to you in a rude and disrespectful tone. I had an appt. This morning and they didnt even call to tell me they rescheduled it; Im going elsewhere. F**k you spectrum

I would honestly give them a four I like the doctors but no one EVER answers the phone. They really need more/better receptionists
