I went in today to take my son to have him checked for strep. I signed in when the MA was in one room and the PA was in the other. We were waiting in the chairs with no one else with waiting. The MA came out of the room slammed down her equipment and said "be right with you" without even making eye contact with us. She finally called up my son to her desk without even looking back at us. She asked him what was going on and he told her. I wanted to ask ONE question before we committed to staying. She was so rude to me like I was asking her for a big favor by being treated this place. She snarked back with , "Well the PA is busy right now and with a patient" (Like they were so swamped). I told her I understand that and didnt expect her to interrupt him. I said, "Will at any time he be un-busy? She just stared at me with the "I hate my f-in job look." Now mind you it was 9:00am, only 30 minutes after opening. I came in and smiled at her and said hello and this was the treatment received. Customer service is dead. I didnt want any favors from her, just a half-ass smile would have been plenty. What has happened to the healthcare industry? This was the second horrible experience I had in one day trying to get my son help. I walked out and went to AZ General ER and probably will pay 12x as much but at least was treated great. I always liked the female NPs that used to work here so I am not sure what changed. I have never had a bad experience in the past; that is why I have gone here on numerous occasions, but no more. I will pay TRIPLE the money and go to a naturopath.

Went in for a wicked bad URI. Felt like hell.... Anyway, only waited about 10 mins to get in, and was seen by the PA, Jessel Coomansingh. Guy was bright, professional, and friendly as they come. Pretty hip dude too. We both chatted about experiences outside the country, he in the Caribbean me in Africa, and the cool crossover between the two. Anyway, I would hang out with this guy as a friend he was that cool. Long story short, they were able to do a refill for me over the phone, and I am just generally thrilled with the service from this clinic. Cheers to you all.

Sue Kilgore, NP has a heart for the people to get them well. Walk In. Get Care. Open SEVEN days a week (including evenings and weekends)- NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED! They cover a bunch of areas. I will post a pamphlet where it lists all the things this staff provides for the whole family 12 months and older. Highly recommend this THE LITTLE CLINIC inside Frys.
