This place is a joke make a long story short I was getting monthly privileges and they made me start going every day because I missed a phone call from the diversion program. Because the counselors are so overwhelmed with patients that they had a old phone number from two years ago. But yet if I would have gave them a dirty UA then they would have dropped me down to going once a week! Which doesnt make any dam sense at all. You can give them a dirty UA and you still have privileges. But you miss a phone call and they drop you completely. Than I finally got my weekends back and I missed one day yesterday because of some family issues and they took my weekends. And I had just gave them a clean UA. I thought they were there to help you not cause you more stress. And let me mention that I still do not have a assigned counselor. And I try so hard to do write. I could see if I was using then of course I dont deserve privileges. But Im going to stay strong and not let this bother me. Even though it really got me down. And if they new the reason why I missed yesterday they would feel real shity. Olso they will never admit to their mistakes its always the clients. I do have to say this is that malinda the supervisor is a good person and trys to help but she is so overwhelmed with all the BS of not having any counselors to help her. And she has to go by policy. But most of all if you can DO NOT GET ON METHADONE! If you can help it. Liquid handcuffs. ..

I am a veteran of the Phoenix area Methadone clinics, thus the 3-★ rating. As far as methadone clinics go, that is an above average review. There are far worse clinics. Despite the high turnover in the counseling staff, the employees are some of the more professional in the addiction treatment field. That is both good & sometimes not so convenient. Example: One pre-holiday pre-weekend multi-dose takehome day, I arrived right at closing time (11:30) am, just to have the door slammed in my face and I locked. No amount of pounding, pleading etc could open that door. So I was faced w/a five day holiday period w/no medication resulting in one sick patient from methadone withdrawals. To be fair, if you can survive the arbitrary rules enforcement, & if you have been lucky enough to be assigned to a decent enough counselor, who hangs around long enough to get to know you, & IF you can stay clean in body & mouth (wait in line politely) its not a bad clinic.

Worse place to go to ever funny they wont let me speak to the presidentowner of the company unprofessional constantly incosistent releasing info without permission HIPPA VIOLATION LIKE CRAZY .... EVER HAVE AN ISSUE GOOD LUCK ITS WILL ALWAYS BE THE CLIENTS FAULT THERE IS NO EQUALITY THERE WHICH IS A CIVIL RIGHT VIOLATION .... GET AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THESE JOKES OF COUNSELORS

Great program! Like any other M.M.T./M.D.T it will only work if you are done ABUSING NARCOTICS! If your not dont waste your time, or theres! However if you are ready C.M.S. ALPHA is a fine place to start your journey to sanity, GOOD LUCK!!!

They have computer problems and they all just sit around. They do not close on holidays and yet they have shorten hours. Big turnover in staff. Fine a better place!
