I went the urgent care with concerns with my son when I was checked and I explain to him what was going on I was brought back into the room to check his vitals they never checked my sons wait they get on His Highest by measuring their arms out and then he never checked with my sons blood pressure or anything and wouldnt help me hold his hands down in order to put the thing on the finger at that time I wasnt too comfortable with being there and then to be brought back into the room and explain to the doctor what was going on with having I dont know if he was tired or if you just had a long day but he didnt seem very happy to see me as he went through the procedure I checked everything you would answer hes just fine everythings fine and then as I requested an additional testing to be completed he said no problem ripped his gloves off and left me waiting in the office room for 10 minutes at that point he came back in and said that there was no other testing to be done and I lost my temper the gentleman was very rude and disrespectful if they would have given my son any medication theres a good possibility they could have overdosed my son because they didnt even have his proper weights in the system this is a huge safe to use your for a child that cannot speak yet and I dont feel any parent should ever go through that

I went on a Saturday morning right around the time the clinic opened. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, smart and caring. The waiting room was clean and spacious. The receptionist clearly explained the check in process, and made me feel welcome right away. Checking in was easy, using the iPad that is provided. After check in, I only waited about 5-7 minutes until I was called back. All of the medical staff introduced themselves, explained what their role was, and explained what they would be doing before they did it. This helped a lot, so that I knew exactly what to expect and why certain procedures were being done. Everyone patiently answered my questions. I felt like the staff effectively communicated with each other about my medical care prior to speaking with me, so that I wasnt re-explaining every single detail 4 or 5 different times. I felt like the staff genuinely cared about my health and they werent just seeing me as "yet another patient." I felt like the instructions for my aftercare treatment were fully explained and I had a clear description of the proposed treatment plan. I would definitely recommend this facility, the staff is smart, caring and professional.

Wow what a disappointing and costly experience with Advanced Urgent Care. I went here with a hurt neck (locked up, couldnt move it side to side) mainly because they were the only place open nearby. Boy, was that a mistake. The doctor was probably in her early 20s and had no idea what to do for me. She saw me for 5 minutes, wrote a prescription and that was that. The part of this experience that makes it 1* is the treatment from the front desk and their billing team afterwards. The receptionist assured me that $116 would be my final cost after insurance, yet two weeks later I received an additional bill for $110. I tried calling their "billing department" 3 TIMES ON 3 DIFFERENT DAYS and received a voice mail box each time. Moreover, no one has ever called me back. What an awful experience. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want better treatment and no secret bills. To recap: -Inexperienced doctor, couldnt help me in the slightest. -Was billed $116 and then a hidden $110 bill afterwards for 5 minutes of "treatment" -Couldnt get any assistance after calling back three times over multiple weeks. Awesome service, guys, Ill never see you again.

This place had really gone down hill. When it first opened it was a decent facility with reasonable wait times and good staff but a super high turn over rate has turned it into a bad option. Save yourself the trouble and go to the emergency room or another provider. The online check in is good for nothing more then to waste your time, yiur still required to fill out a dirty germ filled tablet every other sick person has used and whoever fills it out first gets in front of the line. The front desk staff are rude and have a very strong I could care less attitude. The medical staff is not thorough and it is really just like a mccdonalds drive through , they try to push the line through as quick as possible rather then provide quality care. Our entire family lives in the neighborhood behind this office and we will not be using there services any longer. There are many options near by with much better service so check around.

Visited the Northglenn location on 09/14/16 about 4 PM, and I really can not say enough good things about my visit. Wait: was about 30 minutes. Most of that time was taken up by filling out my new patient information and such. Then I was treated to an entertaining floor show of a deranged woman who was highly agitated, yelling at the staff (all of the staff responded in true professional form, though I feel confident this isnt something that is normal for them). Good stuff! Staff/ Care: Amazing! I dealt with Jane (check in/ check out), and then Kelly and Haley (for my care). All three were fantastic and I wouldnt hesitate to trust my health care to them in the future. I was so impressed by them that I am actually looking at changing my primary care to Platte River. Thank you again for taking the time to answer ALL my questions and taking care of me in my time of need.

First off I was charged a 50 copay when it should have been 35.00 then my husband who has same insurance wasnt charged a copay. When I saw the PA he told me that my symptoms according to science and what he study in school didnt indicate that what I needed was a antibiotic shot and he prescribed no antibiotics . Im sorry but Im 43 years old and I know my body and what it needs to get better. Im not a text book patient either....which I tried to explain to him. He didnt want to listen to anything I had to say. Even though he said that my lungs didnt sound clear....no antibiotics....I did get a steroid shot and cough medicine. So today Im feeling worse and probably end up in er tonight. Im not from this area, Im a truck driver but I promise you I will NEVER GO BACK HERE!!!!

Very dissatisfied. I Went in to be seen after I was experiencing issues a few days after being rear-ended in a car accident. They treated me well and were nice. My father was hit on his motorcycle and had his leg pinned between his motorcycle and the car that hit him. Took him to be seen here just to be turned away and told that they did not handle car accidents though I had literally been seen for one 2 weeks ago. They need to get their policies straight for every person and not discriminate. Now have to find somewhere to take my 65 year old father in the morning now that his leg is in excruciating pain. Nothing quite like doctors offices that dont care. Wont be coming back.
