I have had nothing but issues with their billing department. From not understanding my insurance but then argue with me when I tell them what my insurance will cover, ( most insurance companies cover yearly physicals at 100% mine does and knew that) argued that I owe you 400.00 for a yearly exam that consisted of checking my weight, blood pressure and asking me a bunch of questions. No blood tests or urine samples, you check my weight and blood pressure everytime I go there so just because we call it a physical it costs me or my insurance 400.00?! My insurance company called them to explain it because it didnt go through with me. Then I see their urgent care for slicing a chunk of my finger off. They over charged me upright argued with me about the information that is on my insurance card. Argued. My card said plain as day that my co pay for urgent care was 50.00. Becuase she could call because it was after hours, she forced me to pay 150.00. I had to call my insirance company, and see what was wrong with the information on my card. Guess what they said? Nothing!! And that they NEVER shoukd have charged me any more than what was on my card. This was almost 2 months ago and I have yet to see a refund check after calling about 6 times, 4 of those times I left a message and no one ever called back. Today once again been almost 2 weeks since I was told that they will send a check out. Called no one answered, and Im sure I wont hear back from anyone. Im beyond frustrated with this place and never take my family back here. And thats just scratching the surface of the issues Ive had with their billing department.

Terrible so Angry! 8 years a patient and service gets worse by the day. Try portal -doesnt work for a week. Been trying to get help with rx since Monday am. Its now Friday. Numerous emails and phone calls. Came in personally. NOTHING! Replied to "how are we doing survey - Nothing but a "so sorry, give us a call". Did that - No response!! Youre hoping Ill just go away. Clears you from taking personal responsibility for your neglectful service. Wasted so much time. I can only conclude you really dont care. Your mission statements needs review. Sounds great but anything but truthful. Will this get your attention? Im not holding my breath. Have been documenting problems for several months now and am ready to take this to anyone in media who will listen to me and I will name names. I am usually a nice person and getting to this level of frustration makes me look like a mean old shrew. So inexcusable. Have you heard me yet? interesting, if I give you no stars it wont post my review. If I could Id give you a minus 10 I would....m

I have been with them for years I asked to change my meds. They ignored my requests. There was no support in helping me find why I was gaining weight and not able to loose it. My meds should of been changed. I now have diabetes due to the lack of listening. The appointments made me feel like I was a pay check and that was all. I was treated so poorly with how the office is being ran I had meds that also could have interacted with another medicine. The medical assistance would tell me what medication I would ask on if there was interactions and was told it was fine. The medical assistance where wrong, they have no schooling behind what they say if I would have listen I would have been in the hospital. This office will kill someone soon with there practice of health care.

The doctors are very caring and seem to be good at their profession, but there is a big problem with the business model. It literally takes weeks to get an appointment with a primary care physician but there are several doctors available at the urgent care (same facility). So if you want to be seen for a standard issue that should fall under a typical doctor visit you are forced to go to the "urgent care" and pay triple co-pay. Wouldnt it make sense to schedule some of those doctors to see patients on the primary care side? I am literally using the same doctors office and seeing the same doctors but paying triple the cost. It seems like a racket to me.

My mother is visiting from Ireland, and I brought her to Platte River Medical Clinic to obtain the medication she needs. There was a mix up with the medication because the medication my mother is prescribed in Ireland is not made here in the United States. I called five minutes from closing time on a Friday, and the lady, who takes care of the prescription refills, Julie, spend 10 to 15 minutes on the phone with me to get it resolved. Many people, who are a few minutes from getting off for the weekend, would not have spent the time to resolve this issue; however, Julie made sure to get her what she needed. Thank you for going the extra mile.

The only 2 concerns I had were one) the lady at the front desk wasnt very nice, she explained everything to me but after words she looked annoyed, and two) when I was getting my blood drawn, "needle in" good, "switching from tube to tube avoiding moving the needle" great, but when she went to "pull the needle out she went up and out" and it hurt no doubt but it can cause injury so please be careful, no rush ever! Doctors are super friendly, I even had a student sit in on my exam and examine me with the doctor and we were cracking jokes and laughing, good ol time.

Where to start after going here had to go to ER at hospital do to in ability of staff to pay attention when told of allergies was given benadrill told to wait so did when felt swelling start in throat was told they didnt see any swelling I was beet red when released. Went home to lay down wife checked on me to find face swollen an not breathing right went to emergency room for proper treatment that saved my life. When asked for copy of records of visit was put off an then reading reports not at all what happened will be talking with attorney about malpractice

My visit was comforting, despite of my health concerns. June, the NP on staff, was very concerned and listened to everything I had to say about my conditions. She was very informational, and even took the time to personally call me and let me know of my test results. Others, would have their MSAs call on their behalf. She is wonderful and I would not mind seeing her again for another visit!

This is a great clinic. I have been a patient for years and consistently get high quality care. The staff is friendly and I am also impressed by their providers; especially Dr. Euser. He is very down to earth and is the only doctor that has ever spent quality time in the exam room with me. I highly recommend this clinic!

I love Sara Volkmar and Angel. More interesting things are on the TV. I like the change (not recent) on the vru. Easy to not have to figure out which number to push. I have known people who complain about Urgent Care. I have no complaints, but now the staff seems to be more interested in helping the patient.
