Doctors should actually care about their patients. I saw her once and that was too much. If you want a warm, friendly doctor, who cares and will advocate for you, shes not the one youre looking for. Wonderful front-desk staff except they dont make appointments correctly nor do they communicate with you when you give them prior paperwork. Very nice, however. I will write my experience with her below: I made an appointment with Dr. Rebecca Rabazzi as I liked that she is a DO. I was having issues with my shoulder and made an appointment for that. The day of my appointment I was called asking to reschedule for the day after as Dr. Rabazzi was out for the day, no problem, I was just excited that my appointment finally arrived and hopefully I would have an answer to my pain. She walked in and asked what brought me in today and I started talking about my shoulder, where she stopped, looked quite irritated and asked me, "I thought you were in for a new patient appointment?" I said no, I told your staff when I made the appointment I feel like my rotator cuff is torn. She was irritated and said "well thats what youre scheduled for." Great, there must be a misunderstanding. "I dont need a new patient visit, I need my shoulder checked out, can you do that, instead?" She said, "well I am really quite busy today.." Not my problem, Im paying for this appointment. She asked me a few more questions, one being do I take meds for my pain, and I told her I dont like meds so when its so bad I cannot turn my head I lay on an ice pack and take an edible so I can sleep. She looked disgusted and asked, "Whats with the edibles?" Well lady, you work in CO and it helps with pain, try being non-judgmental. She did several tests and then said she wanted me to have an x-ray, which, ironically I had brought in for her staff because I had already had one. She seemed irritated about that. I told her the X-ray was non-remarkable as I had my chiro check it out. I suggested an MRI to which she told me, "Yes, go to Parker Adventist whenever youre ready." I went right after I left her office thinking it was weird she didnt tell me I need to talk with my insurance first. I got to the hospital and the scheduler Looked at me like I was crazy and told me I needed approval from my insurance first. I called the insurance company the next day and they told me they needed my doc to do a peer-to-peer as to why I needed this. A week later they told me they contacted Dr. Rabazzi several times and she told them she will not do a peer-to-peer as she didnt feel the test was necessary. After a month of waiting I finally decided to go to a different doctor who actually would care about finding out why I was in so much pain.

Very disappointing. I went in at 3:00 a.m. to Centura Urgent Care having difficulty breathing after having been sick for over a week: chills, congestion, difficulty breathing. The doctor listened to me with a stethoscope, did a chest xray, decided it had to be viral, and send me home with a prescription for Robitussin DM. I continued to get sicker so went the next night to a different urgent care company. They prescribed an antibiotic and an inhaler. Within 24 hours, I have become much better, thanks to the second urgent care company I went to. My sense is that the doctor at Centura would rather have read the newspaper than be especially concerned about me. Guess that was my last trip to Centura Urgent Care

Terrible experience with the front desk staff. Made an appointment and arrived at the appointed time. We were then told we were an hour late (which we werent) we were told we should have been there an hour earlier to fill out paperwork which we thought they had worked into the time they had told us to arrive at. They would not accommodate us or take responsibility for their mistake and argued for 15 minutes with us (which would have given us plenty of time to fill in paperwork and be seen by the doctor). The office staff then proceeded to talk about us in the back office very loudly, which we heard! I do not feel comfortable going to a doctor that does not care enough to hire professional front desk staff.

Had my physical here. I was VERY clear that I expected this to be an annual physical and everything needed to be billed as preventative. Nothing was wrong, but my work strongly encourages everyone to get their annual check-up (which is covered by our insurance). It is very obvious that I have eczema as it was broke out that day. She asked about it and offered the generic suggestions that Ive received all my life. It was a great visit and I even referred a coworker to her. A month later I received a bill and had to pay for the generic eczema advice she gave me (which I was already doing all of). I wont be returning and my coworker has rescheduled her appointment elsewhere.

Fantastic service. Front desk is polite. The doctors are excellent. They do a lot testing on the third floor so you can have a lot of what you need done at this one location. Their online portal is fantastic and makes looking at your medical record, ordering prescriptions and interacting with your doctor really easy.

Urgent Care is great. No waiting. Staff is friendly. Its an urgent care and er in one. Urgent care is cheaper than ER.
