This is the only Primary care Physician I have ever made it a point to have. I went in after I had a pain in my back that I thought was due to a pinched nerve. I also went in because after I thought it was a pinched nerve I saw a chiropractor and he adjusted my neck, I didnt like it and I had weird symptoms afterwards. After still having this back pain for 3+ weeks and those symptoms I decided to go in. This was a Tuesday. I had Xrays and blood work done and was told I would get results the next day. Next day came and after waiting I called the office, I was told my Dr was out and would call me with results when she got back. I thought this was rather ridiculous seeing as something could have been really wrong yet I was expected to wait for my results. I requested another Dr take a look so I could get results THAT day. An assistant finally called me later that day and said another Dr said results were good and my Dr would call with a follow up. I had two tests so I was confused as to which ones they were referring to. SO again I had to wait for my Dr. I was told the next day that due to an illness she had received I wouldnt get a call from her until Monday. Monday came and I had to call around 3 to have someone give me the results! When I got results I was told that everything was ok. But its not, I cant even hold my phone from ear to shoulder without having extreme pain. I asked if they could have Dr call me and we could discuss what other options I have to figure this out because I know something is wrong, whether it be muscles or nerves its definitely not normal. That was 2 days ago and I am yet to hear anything. As someone who was weary of Doctors to begin with and then to put all my eggs into this clinic and be treated as if I am not important enough to really truly help and in a timely manner. I am now forced to see another Dr and re-explain everything and build up trust at a whole new clinic since I clearly did not matter enough at this one. Very disappointing when its someones health on the line.

Fort Lupton office is a complete joke!! God forbid you make this your Dr office. I have never been treated like such a piece of trash, especially by a place of care!! Needed a new provider because my current one is an hour away. Id been struggling with changing because Ive been with mine for 5 yrs. I downloaded all the forms, even printed out stuff from my other Dr in hopes of making the change easier. Went in and the lady made an appointment for an hour later. I came back and was told that I cant be a patient there because I take a pain med once in awhile for my back. I was at urgent care the week before and was told I had walking pneumonia, I needed a follow up, nothing more. The office manager pretty much talked in circles about how the Dr there didnt want to compromise my care. It made no sense and I told her that. She also went on about how new they were and didnt have very many patients yet. I wonder why? Maybe I shouldve put on my Sundays best and stopped looking so sick. Basically this place only wants healthy patients. Needless to say I ended up going back to urgent care because I couldnt get in at my regular Dr. I had to get a steroid script since I wasnt feeling much better and Urgent care treated me 100x better than these pretentious young snots called Drs. at Eagle Ridge.

Totally incompetent. We were sent to the Fort Lupton location... Hands down the worst medical practice ive ever delt with. Its been a total nightmare... After finishinh our exam, the Nurse Practitioner told us she didnt take our specific insurance, because "she only had rotational approval through our particular insurance company" !?!?!?! . After I had specifically told the receptionist who made the appointment, that our buisness was contengent on them being able to take our insurance! Now, after supposedly getting our insurance information straight; we are being billed ( $130.00 for literally 10 minutes of the doctors time) because they filled our claim wrong... Now they are telling me, its not their problem.... So take it up with the insurance company... THEY CAUSED THE PROBLEM!!! We will not be using Eagle Ridge medical again. I regret ever having step foot inside this mockery of a doctors office. Do not use these people.

So easy to be seen and the entire staff, from admitting to the actual Dr.s. This was the first time in six years that I was seen by an actual Dr. She, Dr. Norman, was amazing and treated every issue I brought up. Not once did she tell me"Okay, well youll have to make another appointment for that." She was SOOOO nice, polite, and really listened to me. In fact she kept looking up at me and, genuinely kept asking me "Is there ANYTHING else YOU need help with?" Never assuming that I was coming back. Let me tell you something, She just gained herself 2 new patients (Myself and my daughter). I personally saw Dr. Norman in Ft.Morgan but she can also be seen in the hospital on the second floor in Brighton. It is so convenient; labs, scans, or emergency medical attention is all in one place. All Dr.s offices should be so smart... Im definitely going back!!!

Dr. Norman is the best PCP that I have had within the last 35yrs here in Denver. I finally found a Doctor that, if she is not sure just exactly what is going on, she DOES refer you to a specialist. I have been going to this Drs Office for close to 15 yrs. I have my family going there and they wouldnt go anywhere else. If you have a problem, speak up! We are all able to voice our opinions and also if there is a problem that needs taken care of. Love this office and the Doctors in it. It took awhile to get the receptionist area straight and the billing, but it is so much better now. When the doctors or I am running late, if they can wait for me when I am running late, by golly I can wait for them!!!!!!! Thank goodness for this office!!!!! ;)

Eagle Ridge Medical Center / Dr. Mentz / D. Coca - If you like long waits, minimal hours of operation - no weekends, incompetent staff, 3 days for return phone calls(when their phones work), very expensive office visits (really expensive) only to be refereed to other expensive specialist within their expensive group (because they actually do not perform any simple procedures within their own office, then go ahead and use this hahaah doctors office - it wont take you long to see that what I am telling you is the truth. So go ahead and have nice old Dr. Coca listen to you, do nothing and charge you $190.

I called today to schedule and appointment due to a very large and extremely painful growth underneath the skin at the base of my skull. I was told that I hadnt been in to the office in 3 years and because of that, I was considered a "new patient". Currently "new patients" are being scheduled into late April, an entire month and a half away. I called another family practice here in Brighton taking "new patients" and secured an appointment right away. If you are sick, or have something needing immediate attention, dont bother calling this office.
