Ive been to this place multiple times and, while the service wasnt entirely perfect, Ive never been treated so horribly before this last visit (yesterday). Not only was the front desk receptionist rude to me, but was rude to this mother of a sick 5 year old child. Very snippy. When it was my turn to talk to the receptionist, I tried to see if I could have my insurance info looked up cause I really didnt want to pay the egregiously overpriced fee of merely being in a room ($170). She couldnt find anything, seeing as I had just paid for insurance the day before. Unfortunately, my insurance info was stuck in limbo. I informed the receptionist I had called out of work since the beginning of the week. For four days, I only kept feeling like I was getting worse. I didnt have money to initially go to a doctor and had no money to pay for my insurance yet, not until pay day (the day before). As per most employer policies, the third day I called out, I was told I needed a doctors note in order to come back to work, and if I wanted to be paid I needed a doc note. So coming in to the urgent care, I was merely looking to see if I was OK enough to go back to work and get a doctors note. I go back into the doctors office (I never got his name). I wait a total of 45 minutes collectively from the waiting room up front and in the actual office. The urgent care wasnt even remotely busy this day. Finally, the doc shows up. Doesnt even ask about my symptoms, but I did tell the nurse about them on my way to the office, so Im assuming she told him. I see the doc for a total of 3 minutes after a routine look over. He leaves, saying I need a steroid shot on his way out. He seemed very much in a hurry, despite the lack of business. The nurse comes back in with a SINGLE NEEDLE. She doesnt tell me anything about it. She stings me with it and leaves, but before she goes, I ask if the doctors note could excuse me from work from the time I called out sick (5 days before) so that I could get paid. She tells me yes. I go back to the desk and the clerk is still very rude as shes totaling up my charges. She tells me I owe $345. I ask her why its that much. She sighs heavily, rolls her eyes at me, and tells me it was $170 for the visit (30 min for sitting in the room and the 3 minutes the doctor looked at me), $35 for each steroid they put in me and $25-30 for EACH needle that was stabbed into me. So by my calculations, they were double charging me for a single shot and never told me of how many steroids they put me on, they never received my consent to give me the shot, nor was I told on how much it would cost or that it would cost me anything. The receptionist got really nasty with me at this point when I told her this. My husband shows up at this point and after explaining what happened, he told her the fallacy in her logic and she starts yelling in his face over it. Over the counter, when this is happening, my husband notices my doc note, which only excuses me for one day. Another fight happens as shes telling us that I should have shown up on day one when I got sick. We tell her about the financial issue we had at the beginning of the week and ask her how it made sense to show up, with no money, to be seen. Would they just let us pay it later on, then? She says no, but says we should have "figured it out". Whats funny is that after she was nasty, rude, condescending, and yelling at us, my husband got a little heated with how idiotic she sounded and she had the nerve to tell him to stop "yelling" at her. Eventually, we finally managed to get the doc note edited and then signed up for their dumb ass "payment plan" so that we wouldnt have to pay $345. Too bad that we didnt have that money so that our insurance could pay it back to us. But, instead, we ate $130 to avoid a negative hit on our bank. I cant wait to cancel this awful plan that we were forced to sign up for and never come back to this place again!

Nice place clean facility and they get you in and out ok. I give this place a one star because client communication is important. I did not receive any information as to what I was sick with, I got xray exams done and a whole assortment of things but I wanted information on what was happening to me, instead I got prescribed random medicine as doctor Pagano went back to her desk and attended her phone. I left the place more confused than when I came in. I wont take random medication. Also communication with bills. When I left they said my insurance covers everything and I do not pay anything. Today I received a bill in the mail for the xray exams and other things. You should communicate this or give the patient the option to take the xrays or not. This was my first time ever needing urgent care and if I needed to go back here im annoying them with questions, no need to think the doctor will care for you on that level. Communication is important, I work and study in the healthcare field and this is not how its done. Step it up. Otherwise, great clean facility, the people where nice and they truly did get me in and out so I can rest up. just make sure you are the one communicating if they arent, even if you dont have the energy to, speak up if something doesnt feel right. Peace.

Went in on a Saturday to get treatment, it took about 45 minutes to be admitted, once admitted it took an hour in the room for the doctor to come in. The consult was about 3 min long, she didnt give me a full evaluation, simply gave me some antibiotics and sent me on my way. When I had finished my medication and I still had symptoms I called to ask about the next step, it took about 6 hours to hear back from them, once i spoke with the nurse it was a quick, Ill send another treatment, call us back if you still have issues. 4 days later still having issues, they were actually getting worse so I went in and explained my situation, the person at the front desk wanted to just refill the prescription that didnt work, I told her I would just rather have an actual consult since they werent as busy as a Saturday, I asked about her waiving the copay since I was just there 10 days ago for treatment and I was still having symptoms. She didnt even bother to ask the doctor that was there or see what she could do for me, she just simply said no. NEVER going back there again, unbelievable how theres documentation of me calling about reoccurring symptoms and they couldnt waive a simple copay.

I got in fast by calling ahead. The receptionist was fast and courteous. After we were through with the np and we had came out she gave us typewritten sheets with my meds listed on them. I take 12 or 13 different meds every day as I have a neuromusculsr disorder. The wait in the exam room for the nurse practicioner was less than a minute. She was very personable, you could tell she really liked and cared for people. More time than usual was spent with me. I felt well taken care of and I fully trusted the information I was given. Because of my condition I go to at least 2 dr visits each month. I had to go here because it was the week-end. This was one of the best experiences I have had with medical care.
