The doctor himself seemed nice enough. I went in for a check-up/help because I was feeling dizzy. I talked to him for about 10 minutes and he told me it would probably go away on its own in time and he sent me on my way, no prescriptions. (It did after another week). If a doctor visit just had to do with the doctor himself, Id probably rate him okay with 3-4 stars. Unfortunately, it doesnt. His office/administration was horrible and the reason for this review. I have TRICARE for my insurance, the insurance that services the military. Its not an uncommon insurance option - its the only for all active and reserve military. His administration told me that they had no idea about what it does or doesnt cover, and no idea if my visit would be covered and that I would have to call my insurance to find out. I did call, while standing in their office, and TRICARE asked what they would be billing me for to know if its covered. They said they had no idea. How can my insurance agent tell me if what they are billing for is covered if they have no idea what theyre going to bill for? I should have left right there, but we eventually worked our way around to say that they would only bill me for a "Basic Wellness Exam" which is covered fully, and if they wanted to bill for anything above and beyond that, I needed to be notified. The entire ordeal was horribly unprofessional on their part, and I knew I wouldnt be coming back here after this. I got my first bill, which seemed exceptionally high for a couple minutes with the doctor, but I swallowed my pride, paid it, and chalked it up to getting ripped off by someone I didnt know and just Googled and wouldnt do that again. Then, NINE months later I just received a second bill, for the same service. I called my insurance, and they have no record of these second charges. I called the number on the bill, and they said that this is the bill for just the lab work, and that the doctor never gave them any insurance information. Their policy is, in the absence of any insurance, to submit to Medicare/Medicaid by default. It apparently took them nine months to hear back that Im not covered under Medicare/Medicaid, and then they sent me the full bill. Theres no information about them not having an insurance agency or needing that information, just a full bill. I called TRICARE and they confirmed they have no information about these charges, and kindly offered to remain on the line while I called the number on the bill. I gave the people my insurance information and now theyre going to process it. Why did Doctor Molks office not understand how to deal with TRICARE when they list their office as being a primary TRICARE provider? Why were they unable to tell me what services were billed and if I would be covered? Why did they fail to pass along my insurance information to the lab when they obviously had it since my first bill went to TRICARE? Why did it take nine months for them to send me a bill? Why was there no indication that there was a lack of insurance information, and they just sent me a bill demanding payment instead of asking for that information? BOTTOM LINE: Whether you have TRICARE or another insurance agency, its clear that care for the patient is not a concern at this office. I would HIGHLY recommend finding another healthcare provider.

I couldnt even be seen by the doctor for my first visit. When I walked in the office waiting room it was surprisingly full of people. For a two doctor office I was immediately concerned. I walked to the counter with Two signs saying "Check In Here". A man who was standing by the door when I walked in went to the other counter where an older lady was talking with what I assume was a patient. He interrupted her to ask if there was someone else that could check him in because he had been waiting. She said "no" and shed get to him as soon as she could. More concern as I looked around the office seeing old hand craft projects cluttering up what should be a clean work area. As I stood in front of the check in sign in this 1974 office the lady eventually catches eye contact with me and says "and are you here to check in also". I said "yes, I have a 2:45 appointment". She said "well no one is over there to check you in so youll have to wait, I have these others to check in first". I replied that I was standing there because the signs indicated that is where I was supposed to be. As she goes to check in the gentleman who had been waiting, another patient walks up and asks if she knows how long it will be because shes been waiting an hour. I said "Youve been waiting that long?" She said yes, she had a 1:45pm appointment ... it was now 2:55pm. So a few minute later when the office lady tells me "ok, now you". I said "I am here as a New Patient, is this normal because I cant hire a new doctor that has this type of backup on a regular basis". She said "were doing the best we can". I said I understood and if she could tell me this was just a bad day and not how things normal are for the office then I will proceed". Again she said "were doing the best we can". Again "I understand that but I work for a living, I wont hire someone if this is their normal operation". Again she said "were doing the best we can". Needless to say, I am again looking for a new doctor. - At least 1 hr 15 minutes behind - Decor of a dusty craft fair at a nursing home - In desperate need of updated staff

Dr. Molks office staff are indeed awful. I always try to schedule first thing in the morning so I do not wait too long. Even so I usually wait about 30 minutes. I have talked to Dr. Molk about this and he is unconcerned - "appointments take as long as they take." Dr. Molk himself is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have met. He does indeed stay with you "as long as it takes." He doesnt rush through appointments. He also realized drugs can be expensive, and looks for the less expensive options. I would recommend him strongly, but be prepared to deal with the office staff.

Dr. Molk is one of the best doctors I have seen in years. He is very nice, compassionate and knowledgeable. He doesnt rush on appointments and spent enough time with me. I agree with some of the reviews about the office staffs; but I most good doctors have bad staffs. If you plan your time and schedule well in advance (I would say morning), things will go smooth. I am only concerned about the doctors and nurses, not the receptionist. You wont regret seeing doctor Molk, he is the best.

Dr Molk is one of the best doctors we have ever seen. His compassion, thoroughness, and true, caring attitude is unlike most if not all newer doctors today. If you want experience, this is the person, if you want to see someone who only cares about emailing you, and spendning 2 minutes on an exam, go elsewhere.
