For starters, let me say that Dr Christoff was my PCP for only 1 1/2 years. My experience in that length of time were, as follows: I have found it was like pulling teeth to try to see my PCP when I have medical issues. When else do you get to see your PCP? Oh yes , easy enough to get in for the annual physicals, but try to get in for a true medical urgency that can be addressed by your PCP, you can just forget about trying to get in!! I have just finished writing a letter to Dr Christoff explaining why I am looking for a new PCP. Dr Christoff is personable, honest, very knowledgeable and downright compassionate. Unfortunately, that much I cannot say about his front office staff though! These 2 women dont know how or dont care to relate with the patients, nor smile readily when a patient comes in. There is no interaction except how much you need to pay for this visits copay. They do not have the people skill that is essential for someone working in a Doctors office. Unfortunately, one has to go through them to be able to get in and see Dr Christoff. They are insensitive, cold and can be very abrupt and downright condescending when I tried to explain the circumstances revolving why I should be seen by my PCP, urgently. To make a long story short, I ended up being seen in the ED at Memorial Hospital, not once but twice in a 3 day span. All because "the doctor is fully booked and will not see a patient until a week from" whenever I called. Whatever happened to the PCP-patient relationship? Thats down the drain if you have these 2 women to contend with! One does not need words to convey how they are inside, because believe me, the contempt was very palpable in their nonverbal way of communicating. They do not add to Dr Christoffs level of caring. Too bad for Dr Christoff and his practice. I wanted to keep him as my PCP but cant, given the fact that I have to go through them to see him. I am so sure he can find someone better fitted for the front-line office position...Id give Dr Christoff 5 stars readily, but his front-line office staff gets none!

I met with Rachel, the PA, for a routine physical and bloodwork who was polite and receptive of any questions I had. I told them at the time of my appointment that I wanted a copy of the results. I was told they couldnt email them, but that they would be able to give them to me. The results were a week later than what they told me to expect and I was only give a brief message that "everything looked good." I called back to request the results, and I was told that I would have to come back into the office to sign a release for them to be able to give me a copy. I work at a job that is difficult to leave during business hours, so having to take time off in addition to the appointment to sign a paper I should have been given the first day was pretty frustrating. I spoke with Katie who was rude and unsympathetic to my plight. I didnt even meet Dr. Christoff, so I cant attest to him. To be so technologically incapable in this day and age with the addition of a rude office staff makes me think I wont bother returning.

As most of the reviews on here have already pointed out, the office staff here are not just rude and unresponsive, but inadequate at doing their job. I went in for a well visit after getting coverage. Christoff came highly recommended, so I gave this practice a try. Long story short, they didnt advise me to get my well visit panels done, and return for the well visit, this way getting the tests covered under my insurance. Instead they charged me for the separate visit to get my test results. In addition to other errors when filling with my insurance, I now owe over $200 for a "free" well visit. This practice is garbage. No customer service, and no concern for your time or money. Avoid this place at all costs.

My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Christoffs office for about 12 years. We really like Dr. Christoff AND his staff. They are quick and efficient when they need to be and more thorough when diagnosis and things of that nature require more time and attention. When I call in to request refills, the staff handles these requests efficiently and they dont act like they dont know me.They are simply extremely professional and get the job done. If thats what you are looking for, they are the team to see for you healthcare needs.

I would have to echo Niki Ms comment regarding the staff. EXCEPTIONALLY unprofessional and uninvolved with patient care. Dr. Christoff and PA Hess are amazing providers, but they would be smart to get rid of 90% of their staff, especially their M.A.s. Their staff really undermine what could be a fantastic practice.

Dr. Christoff has been my Primary Care Physician for many years. I end him to be consistatently patient, open-minded, caring, personally attentive and brilliant. He is unbelievably brilliant and up to date on new medical trends and findings. I trust him, without reservation. A+ for Dr. Christoff!!!!

I love Dr. Christoff and Rachel, but I too am really tired of his staff. I have, on several occasions requested copies of my medical records, by phone, fax and HIPPA approved forms. I am in a position now where i really need them. I am not sure what I will do next, but I may not be so polite.

I will admit that the front office could be a little friendlier. Dr. Crhistoff is efficient, went the extra mile on some paperwork I need completed, was an excellent listener and was very easy to work with. Blood work was also easy (and some are so terrible as I am afraid of needles).

Great care from a great doctor. The front staff has always been kind and friendly to me. Ive always had ease trying to get a same day appointment and I have never been felt like I was a bother. You can also get your labs done which makes it convenient as well.

Worst office staff ever! Kelsey is the meanest neastiest person. Dr is good guy, too bad you have to go thru his office staff to talk to him. I liked him but you cant talk to him and his staff is TERRIBLE, they dont allow you to leave messages or anything?!

Doc Christoff gets it when it comes to fitness and activity and is a solid doc. His front office ranges from helpful and friendly to actually hostile and my inability to talk to him about my medication is why I left his practice.

The staff, esp front office helped me through the maize of admin insurance stuff, adjusted times for appointments and Cristoff is a realistic normal doctor. Highly suggest for GP
