My family has been with Kaiser since 1999, and we are consistently pleased with the quality of the care we receive and with the people who provide that care. I seldom wait more than a few minutes when I have an appointment. Granted, during flu season, it may take a bit more time to be seen by my family physician, but however long it takes, its worth the wait for these reasons: 1. I never feel rushed when I see my doctor. She and her nurse take time to answer questions and to explain my conditions, treatments, etc. If Im kept waiting in the waiting room, I trust its because the patient before me is receiving the same level of care that I do. 2. I always feel that Im referred to a specialist or tests and scans are ordered if those are the correct next steps for me and my condition. I nevereated feel that care is "rationed." Further, I dont feel that a procedure, such a surgery, is ordered because the doctor has a payment on his house or boat is due. Prior to coming to Kaiser, I had at least one wholly ineffective back surgery performed, and Ive often wondered if profit, rather than the pain I was in wasnt the reason for the surgery. Shortly after coming to Kaiser, that pain, for which Id had had surgery was diagnosed as my hip, not my back which was the cause of my unrelenting pain. I was treated successfully at Kaiser. 3. This past summer, my husband had both knees replaced, five weeks apart. His surgeon was phenomenal! Both times, my husband was home within 24 hours, because he really wanted to be home, not because he was forced out of the hospital to save money. He had superb PT at home, then later at the clinic. Im so grateful that we get to receive our medical care through Kaiser!

I walked in at 5:40p without a appointment fully expecting to have to drive to Lone tree for the urgent care services as my son developed a severe sore throat during the day. However I went upstairs to the Family medicine clinic and asked if they by any chance had someone who could see my son. It has been a very long week and I am every so grateful for Dr. Youngblood and his RN Dianne (Diana) for saving me a drive and the extra money (urgent care costs $15 more). It was quick, easy, efficient and after the week of in and out of ERs and doctors and labs they could never understand how grateful I was for them just taking us back and checking my son out. This is the reason I knew I loved Kaiser. This was the ultimate display of their core values as a company. This doctor and his nurse were fantastic and even when we got into the exam room which was after 6pm (and their time to go home) they took plenty of time and care. They didnt rush us and they never seemed annoyed. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CARE LAST NIGHT. Sincerely - a VERY tired mom :)

Ive always disliked Kaiser. I have heard too many stories of them nearly killing people. I had my first experience with how garbage they are, yesterday. Before they undercut all other insurance with my employer, I had a competent doctor, and good insurance. Had to use them for a thing near my eye, and the PA, not an actual doctor, poked it a couple times, before passing me off to someone else. These guys are absolute rubbish. Theyre what you get, until you can afford real insurance

As patients of Dr Parsons, we couldnt be happier. I had a strange and rare hereditary disease Dr Parsons tested for and diagnosed within 2 weeks of me having symptoms. Most people go misdiagnosed for decades with this disease. The care of him and the nursing staff at the clinic was so amazing throughout everything.
