Writing this review while crying. Never again I will come in to this clinic. Went in today 04/25/2017 at 8:30 am - was 1 minute late, totally my fault, the machine did not let me check in so I decided to wait for a walk in. It was still 8:31 so technically the nurse could have taken me, but she never came out to see if someone can be taken because her 8:30 didn’t show up (me). Nope. She came out of her room at 9:00 – by that time I was able to get 10:00 appt and other lady with the child got 10:30. 9:00 didn’t show up, but she still wouldn’t take me. She said it will not be enough time. 9:15 – she STILL didn’t take me. She didn’t take a single patient while we were there saying it will not be enough time for the next one. It would have all adjusted because we actually had appts so if earlier ones are late, there would still be time to take us all. I begged get to do a strap test for me, I have 2 babies at home and didn’t want the sick, but no, not enough time. Better sit and do nothing. I started crying and walked out, I had a meeting at work so I couldn’t wait any longer. So frustrating. I could understand if she would have other patients, but she didn’t. There is no healthcare reform that can ever help, it all starts with people being human beings and trying to help others rather than sit and find “rules” to avoid work. Why choose this profession in the first place? Walgreens is actually a great company and I love them, it is not the company, it is the person that I am upset about.

I was treated here for a throat infection. The nurse practitioner who saw me made of point of stating that payment in full is due at the time services are rendered. I was presented a bill and I paid it in full. A month later I was sent a letter stating I owed another $20, threatening to send me to collections. When I called to resolve it I was told they had accidentally undercharged me, and needed another $20. Guess what? I also have a policy that states once youve presented me a bill and I have fulfilled my obligation we are done. The rep on the phone said hed look into it but did not promise to make it go away. Ridiculous.

Just like the previous review. My daughter had a 9am appointment I set up online the night before. The nurses chose to ignore our appointment and treated the walks in first. We waited til 10:10am before we walked out and when to The Little Clinic at Broomfield which took us inright away and did a fantastic job. In my opinion 1 star is still rated to high for this place. The nurse is awful and the clinic is unorganized. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
