Our experience with the Green Valley Ranch Medical Center in the past few months has been HORRIBLE. About two months ago my husband had a pain in his calf. He went to Dr. Soler and asked if he could rule out a blood clot and told the him he knew it wasnt a muscle pull but Dr. Soler didnt do an ultrasound and just sent him home with muscle relaxers. A few weeks later he started having chest pain, he called the main number at Green Valley Ranch Medical Center five times and left three voice mails over two days (these were week days) and nobody called him back. We ended up in the ER the second day due to the chest pain and they diagnosed him with pneumonia. The next day he called Green Valley Ranch Medical center again to schedule a follow-up appointment for his ER visit and they scheduled him almost a month out. Two weeks later he had extreme back pain and ended up in the ER again and they found out he had multiple blood clots in both lungs (pulmonary embolism) which started in his leg that the PCP failed to check when he went in. Overall the past few months the service and care at Green Valley Ranch Medical Center was absolutely horrendous and my husband will be finding a new PCP.

The service from this clinic was and still is horrible!!! Dr. Soler prescribed my husband and I pills without doing a thorough exam. (I did have an x-ray, but he prescribed the pills before I went to x-ray). I asked before we left the clinic if there is co pay associated with the visit, I was told no not until my next visit. Needless to say I have received a letter in the mail saying that I owe for the co pay. I have been trying to get them on the telephone to take care of it, because their office hours are hours that I am at work. NO ONE has answered the telephone and I have called on numerous occasions, Ive left messages and NO ONE has called me back. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. I wont even go into the details about me and my husbands visit, which was our intake appointment and the only time that we have been to the clinic. Will be looking for a new Primary Care Dr. ASAP!!! Okay rant over.

My family and I have tried this place several times hoping it would get better, but no. On average, no matter what time you get there, the wait is over an hour. Ridiculous. The doc spent less than 5 minutes with me. Since he saw my husband the day before he automatically said I had the same thing even tho we have different symptoms. I cant believe I have given this place several attempts at getting better. The office is old and the seating looks dirty. The staff seems nice but that isnt enough to keep coming in. The doctors are too busy and never give you the time you deserve for the extremely long wait. Its too bad they are the only doctors in Green Valley Ranch. I hope new ones move here soon.

If you value your health at all, stay as far away from this place as you can. I have been there for three conditions in the past couple of years, and they have misdiagnosed every single one of them, and initiated procedures that made the situation worse rather than better. Every time, seeking a second opinion has proved this to be true. You know that hippocratic oath that doctors are supposed to take? "Do no harm." These guys dont appear to believe in that oath. Im not entirely convinced they can read. There are other places. Any of them has to have stronger medical talents than this facility does. If you like to gamble though, have at it. Its only your health. Good luck!

Ive been here three times. The wait times are average. The nurses are great. The doctor was in a hurry and not all that interested. In the general checkup he asked a lot of questions (a good thing) and when I said I had regular issues sleeping, he moved right along to the next question. I take one prescription, which cant be abused and doesnt need any kind of follow-up. They want me to come in every 6 months for a $100 appt ($167 before insurance), to ask 4 questions and write another Rx. Before Christmas, there was a 2 week wait for any appts. I told them my Rx would run out... basically I was told Tough Luck. Finding another clinic.

I didnt even get a chance to make it into the clinic but I definitely dont suggest this place. I had to call five times for someone to pick up so I could get a appointment. Then once I got an appointment the day of my appointment the doctor called out sick. Which is fine, but when I tried to call that morning to cancel my appointment again no one answered. So I left at message at 9am and didnt hear back until 4pm. I didnt get to the phone quick enough so they left a message... Called back.. No answer. Called again.. FINALLY got a hold of something other than an answering machine. Cancelled my appointment... Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service, first time in I heard the desk staff complaining about my insurance company and their phone system, yet try calling them and they have a terrible phone-gate as well, plus 1-2 hour lunches when no one is reachable, and many more times during the day when you must leave a voicemail or try to call back and wait through the long phone-gate again. They do not try at all, you have to call and pester to get things done, not proactive at all. Please help this place get gone so that something better might take its place.

I would give the office staff 5 stars and the physician 1 star. Very friendly and efficient staff. Average wait time in the clinic but dont try to call. You will be on hold for a lifetime and dont bother to leave a message as they will not call you back. I have seen only one doctor at this facility, Dr. Soler. He seems to be on the defensive and has a very unpleasant bedside manner. If you need a PCP, I would recommend that you avoid this physician.

This place is awful. I went in yesterday with a horrible toothache and migraine. Im already antibiotics, and the doctor basically laughed in my face and told me he couldnt do anything. Not everyone that goes to urgent care is trying to get pills. Waste of time, and money, as the doctor didnt even assess what was wrong or give me options that might make it better. I would give it zero stars but Google doesnt let me rate it lower than 1.

The wait times here are beyond ridiculous. The front desk will tell you your next then call others back ahead of you. We walked in at 8:04am when they open at 8:00 with only 2 people in the lobby and have been waiting over an hour as others get called in. We even established Dr Obinnah as our primary care physician and this did no good. This place is very poorly run. We will be going elsewhere from now on.
