If I could have posted this with no stars I would have. Absolutely the worst medical facility I have ever visited. No concern for the patient. No sense of urgency and a complete lack of interest. Answer is always that they are short staffed or have new people. No excuse for poor treatment. Would rather send you out for tests to different clinics than treat you on-site for even the smallest of issues. Have yet to ever get a call back with results to any of the tests. If you call the main line they will still make you jump through hoops to get any answers. Typical call back time when you leave a message for a nurse is maybe in the same week. Mary Ellen is the only person that has been helpful and responsive.

This is a wonderful clinic, Dr.Perry was caring and sweet to my little one. The nurses were so funny and nice through the entire appointment and they were understanding when my daughter was nervous. I was in and out quickly, Im excited that my daughter was assigned to this clinic.

Dr. Santiago is amazing. The whole staff is excellent. I never want to go to another doctors office.
