I have been going to the Greeley clinic for several yrs and never had any problems I do wish it had the ability to care for vets that have minor problems like the full or a cut without having to drive to Cheyenne. On the over all they have been a life saver for me.

Once in the office the facility and staff are great. It is the phone system that is the problem. Sometimes you just get the mental health message repeated over and over, at times you get to the choices but cant actually leave a message!!! So frustrating!!!

The staff really care, but they are horribly understaffed and appointments take a long time to get. Location much too small for the region, not everyone wants to drive to Cheyenne for faster service.
