After a finger injury I was referred to the hand surgury associates by my insurance company. I went the office and scheduled a surgery only to have it rescheduled 4 times in less than three business days. Finally the fourth reschedule, I explained I could not do the surgery at this time of day. At that point the hand surgery associates went ahead and told me either take that time , wait 23 days or find a new doctor. Now its less than 48 before my surgery was supposed to happen and I will be scrambling to find a new doctor to operate on my hand. From what I have experienced. These people obviously have NO CARE for there patients or RESPECT . I hope this review saves your time, because my time and well being have only been waisted be the hand surgery associates !

Shorter wait times than most other doctors offices I have been to. Adequate front desk staff to keep patients moving through check in and rescheduling, etc. None of the front desk staff has ever been rude to me. Location is very busy, but they have accommodated me with same day appointments multiple times. I was told to have surgery on a finger by a hand surgeon out of Boulder. I wasnt very comfortable with that dr, so I sought a second opinion at HSA (on the recommendation of a friend) and dr. Griggs was able to schedule my surgery TWO days after my initial consultation with him! I will update my review if I experience any of the treatment complained about by the other reviewers, but at this point I have no complaints about HSA or its staff.

Be aware of this place. Not recommended to anyone at all. Hand surgery on left hand on a suppose torn nerve. Paid my 2300.00 for surgery just to find out that Dr.Rudy kovacaca Md was wrong AnD their was no torn nerve at all. They were also suppose to put my mallet finger on a good split same left hand but Fell right off 3hrs after surgey on its own cheap work. This place is a rip off and suck ass at what they do and only want to charge up as much as the insurance lets them. I Was told I needed therapy? After surgery. But yet stitches werent even ready to be taken out.... Your better off going to tijuana to get surgery at least you wont be throwing a whole lot of money away on garbage work.

Have had two surgery procedures for two different issues. I am a pilot and my job depends on my hands. I could not be more pleased with the results. Two complete recoveries. Dr. Heyman did both procedures and was awesome. He explained my issue, what the treatment would be, and how my recovery would go. As a result, I had no surprises. Dr. Heymans nurse, Pauline, was a pleasure to work with, and everyone else I worked with was pleasant and helpful. They are also staffed well enough that getting appointments, being seen, and having procedures scheduled went much quicker than with other practices Ive worked with. I really appreciated that.

Broke my right wrist in a horrible car accident, had to get a surgical plate and screws. After the healing process, I went to PT and did the exercises every day. In December I went back and told Dr. Hayman I was still having excruciating pain and could barely move it. He said the X-Rays looked perfect. Went back a couple weeks ago, nearly a year after surgery, and he tells me there still isnt anything he can do and told me he wished most patients wrists looked like mine. When I asked to get a 2nd opinion, he got offended and stormed off. Horrible surgeon and awful social skills. Dont recommend Dr. Hayman as a surgeon.

I had a finger injury. I knew it was not related to bones because of how I hurt it. I felt something pop when pulling hard on an object. The doctor insisted on taking an x-ray. After the x-ray did not show a break, the doctor insisted my finger was alright even though it was huge because of swelling. Going to this doctor was a waste of money and they did nothing in an attempt to improve my problem. Additionally, the ladies at the desk who you check in with were rude. I do not recommend this office.

Went in for severe pain in both of my thumbs. I was told I had trigger finger, which was my diagnosis to begin with. Gave me a shot of cordizone, but in only one thumb. Told me to come back in a month. Still having severe pain and was told that there was nothing they could do,short of surgery. Would not give another injection. These doctors are non caring and dont know anything. One big rip off.

I dont know what you negative reviewers are talking about. I ripped up my thumb with a table saw and the team there was nothing but AWESOME. Having to work with splintered and shattered bone and hamburger finger skin they exceeded my expectations and happy about every dollar I spent. And no it wasnt cheap. And yea I recommend them. And heck yes Im going back( for a follow up).

It took these idiots a month after all the x-rays to figure out that a bone in my wrist that they should have noticed is broken. Not to mention that Ive had to have them every time they do a cast take it off and redo it because it was not properly done. Specialist I think not... Barely capable of doing what they do

Dr. Sachar took GREAT care of my sons broken thumb! We were in and out efficiently. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone I know.

While other physicians since have been helpful with attempting to help with my wrist pain, these guys did nothing but shrug at me and charge me for the privilege.

what a travesty of care...30-second visit, test he said I needed and therapy--he set up neither. $300 for NOTHING

Dr. Rovak was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. I would recommend.
