Internal Medicine is ridiculous. If you have a complaint, their patient representatives and office managers will not solve your problem for you. Theyll just let their doctors keep coming up with stupid excuses to not do simple tasks and allow your doctors to lie to you. If you do happen to choose this place, do not choose Dr. Christiansen. She cant write a simple doctor note saying the same thing your prescription bottles say about your medicines altering your ability to drive or operate machinery (but yet she can take the time to send a certified letter refusing future service), and when I told her I was afraid I wasnt going to get refills on my Xanax that was working, she told me to call her when I got down to 5 pills left and shed refill it, then she lied about that and denied the refill. Horrible place.
