Ive been going here for about 4 years, and even though the Doctors are great, the staff is why I am giving them a 1 star rating and will be leaving to a new practice. Over two years ago, I had a bad experience with someone over the phone that wasnt any better when I came in for a face to face. Spoke to the doctor on my next checkup about it and was promised it would be handled so I let it go and continued to have my checkups performed at the office. This last time I came in, was told to go to a new location/business to get my blood drawn for my tests. I questioned this as I had not changed my insurance and had never gone to this new business location before. Was told that indeed my insurance covers Quest so I went. Fast forward 30 days when I receive a $500+ bill for services that were not covered by my insurance. Tried to work through the office as they were the ones responsible and was told that they would contact their rep with Quest and have it taken care of. Continued to get billed for the charges and even called Quest to see if they had noted that it was going to be taken care of by their accounting/sales team. Of course there were no notes, so instead of risking it going to collections I contacted my insurance and they did a 1 time out of network coverage for me to pay off the bill. Unfortunately the doctors are great and have always performed great, but poor communications with the staff, poor followups, and billing issues is why Im leaving.

Dr. Reedy and his associates are very friendly, professional and to the point. Hes been my wifes primary care physician for nearly 5 yrs now. They are also Christians, which she loves. However, if youre not a Christian, then please dont be turned away. They are 100% non-judgmental and do not (in any way) push their faith upon anyone. You will be very pleased with the wait time (even though they are always busy) & the overall time you are there. I pray that you dont need a doctor (meaning your really healthy). However, if you are in need then youve come to the right place. :-)
