At first I thought this was going to be a pleasant visit. Office seemed nice enough, though the front desk lady wasnt friendly or knowledgeable as she had no idea of my wifes appointment. After I showed her the confirmation they finally found her information. She had a smooth appointment, really enjoyed mrs thomas. I on the other hand did not. I had mrs loneman, who wasnt nice at first. Made me wait 3 hours, then tried to get me out in a mental institution for saying that I had previous suicidal thoughts, though I dont feel like I want to hurt myself I have felt as if the world would go on without me. She even tried to bully my wife into saying I was suicidal. Please if you like your information private dont go here. One dr will talk to another dr about your things. My wife told her dr in confidence that I was suicidal, and mrs thomas went and told mrs loneman, thats why she tried to get me put in an institution, when all I needed was a little help feeling happy about life. Not a good group. Talked to the head guy and he didnt believe the nurses were wrong for discussing private issues amongst themselves. I believe I have a lawsuit on my hands, we will see. But I beg you to go anywhere else. Especially if you need depression medicine they are not equipped to do anything but vaccines.

I called this office as a new patient and also new to the area. I was having a pain issue and they got me in same day as a NEW PATIENT to be seen. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful greeting me and helping me figure out my insurance information after Id accidentally grabbed the wrong card heading out of my house. Even though it was the end of the day, everyone I encountered was friendly and caring. Dr. Schnurr took his time asking me about concerns I had - not just the pain Id come in for. He got referrals done right away and I had follow up phone calls from the staff the very next day. When I call they are easy to get a hold of and always helpful. The office is clean and well kept and I was seen exactly on time for my appointment. Dr. Schnurr even helped me with treatment options that would best fit my insurance coverage. I really cant say enough good things about my experience here. Its safe to say you have a patient for life!

I have been seeing Dr. Schnurr for several years now, to the point that he has become my primary care physician. (What a big boy move, to have one of those!) Dr. Schnurr is always very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I have had poor experiences with other doctors and instances where I look back and wish I had become a patient of Dr. Schnurrs earlier. He has always made the right decisions, recommendations with my health and I consistently leave feeling happy I went to see him. His staff is just as great and even remembered my name the other day, after not visiting for several months. Things like that make me feel more like a friend, instead of just a customer. I recommend him to my immediate family members and would do the same to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy physician.

I wish I had the doctor mentioned in the reviews. I unexpectedly had some other female doctor who wouldnt listen or offer advice on how to live a healthier life. I am so sick it is ruining my life, and her only answer was basically I should just give up on life, theres nothing I can do. She actually asked if I could take a new job. I guess she doesnt understand what its like to get a job in our country these days. After seeing her I want to see a psychiatrist, because she truly made me feel hopeless about all this and the anxiety, stress and depression I was beginning to feel because of feeling sick is now at its worst.

I found Dr. Schnurr when I was looking for a place to get travel immunizations. When I was looking for a new primary care doctor, I decided to make the move. I have only been a primary patient for a few months now, but I am completely satisfied. The entire staff here is polite, professional, and friendly. They give solid medical advice backed up with information and always take the time to answer my questions. I especially like the fact that they have a website where I can schedule appointments and communicate with the medical staff online. A great practice; please keep up the good work!

WORD TO THE WISE...... BEFORE you decide to go to this office READ the ONE STAR REVIEWS because they are dead on!!! Ive been going to this "doctor" Schnurr back when he was at another location and I was pretty comfortable doing so but NOW, things are bordering a lawsuit with this quack!!! Giving me results or ideas from websites??? WTF???? DO NOT GO TO THIS CLOWN. Hes going to get somebody killed. Why do you think theres ZERO responses to ALL the negative reviews??? I ended up in the ER due to being under his "care". NO MORE!!!

Went in for my first appointment today and it was a wonderfully easy experience. The reception staff were friendly and I was in the waiting room only a matter of minutes before a nurse called me back. The examination process was both thorough and easy. Every nurse who saw me was kind and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The nurse who performed the blood work was amazing. I barely felt a thing and it was over quickly. If you are looking for a good family practice I recommend Aspire Family Medicine.

Im a type of a person who once I find a good doctor I stay with them until they retire or move out of state. I have been seen by both Dr.Benjamin Schnurr and Stella and they are great! Very friendly and they also remember you even if you only go in twice a year. Also unlike other doc offices I have been too they actually call you a few days after your visit to see how you are doing. About 90% of the time when I call and need to be seen ASAP they get me in that same day. They also do DOT exams here.

The front receptionist attempted to talk politics.The MA was great, the PA second guessed everything I said. On reading Dr. Schnurrs notes the first and only time I met him; "tearful and alter" my friend had just died that morning. The doc told me he couldnt help me and gave me nothing in the way of helping to find a professional who could with my medical issues. If your healthy and just want to update your travel shots, they can help you. If you have any kind of illness go somewhere else.

Have been getting my physical done here for past couple years. The staff is great with scheduling appointments and then getting you ready for it. Also front desk is great. I had to wait about 15 months mins past my appointment time both times ( considering I checked in 10 mins earlier that makes it 25 mins) just to be called in. On a work day thats a problem . The clinic itself is good and has good staff including dr Schnurr and all the NPs

I had an annual health check done with Dr Benjamin Schnurr. He was very welcoming and patiently answered all my concerns. The paper was taken care without any hastle and the blood sample was collected within the same office avoiding the run across the buildings. The front desk staff was also very friendly and wasted no time in checking me in. Overal very happy and I would define recommend this place!!
