First, let me explain that I love, love, love Dr Sharma. Shes relatable and spends time talking to you and makes you feel like youre talking to your best friend. Id see her forever. But her office staff is ridiculous. Three times now Ive had my appointment booked wrong and Ive had to reschedule. Dr Sharma has very limited availability, so when I call to make an appointment I make sure to call months in advance. I understand, and since I rarely need an emergency visit I didnt consider it a problem. But when my appointment is booked wrong I sometimes have to wait months...yes months...to get another appointment. Imagine my frustration having routine medical visits delayed by six months because no one in their office can figure out how to work a calendar. When I had an ER visit last year, I had to make a follow up appointment with Dr Sharma in the next few days. I called and said I knew it was going to be an issue because of her limited availability, but perhaps I could see another partner in the practice instead of Dr Sharma. The scheduler told me they couldnt schedule me for another six weeks for any physician and I should look into going to another doctor if I needed something so urgently. The scheduler then gave me a personal recommendation for another doctor. I hung up from that call very confused. Today they called me to say someone accidentally double booked my upcoming appointment and they need to reschedule me again. Im so tired of dealing with this office, and its such a shame because I really love Dr Sharma.

Dr. Rita Sharma is by far thee best physician that both fiancee and I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Not only is she extremely educated and outstanding at what she does; she genuinely cares about her patients and takes her time to truly care and listen to each of her patients. Ive been recently been struggling with multiple health issues both physical and mental and she has gone above and beyond. She is truly phenomenal and would recommend her to anyone and everyone. I needed to get an appointment to have a prescription refilled. They told me to call back at 8am as they had a noon appointment (not sure why I had to call back!) I called at 8am and it had been taken. More medical mumbo jumbo. I would never use this clinic. If they run this sort of operation, I would certainly not trust their medical judgement!!!
