dr compton is one of the nicest drs that i have had on a personal level. and she is a good dr. the problem with the anew family care facility is they have way too many patients. you can tell by how hard it is to get in to see anyone about issues you may have. if you are sick, they tend to get you in that day but if you have a nagging pain or something wrong with muscle pain such as back, neck, etc... they will not have an appointment available in my experience for quite some time. physicals are 6-8 weeks out. so the level of customer service is very low in my opinion. my wife had an mri done on a monday and thursday comes along and there is still no word on what is going on. they just dont have or dont take the time to treat you as you should be treated. and then there is the patient portal. guess what anew, offices ran perfectly well without the ridiculous patient portal that your office has put so much effort and emphasis on. we as patients basically could care less just do your jobs and take care of the patients like you want to be taken care of. then there is the issue of the dr. just not being there so the p.a. does the blunt of the work. you hardly ever see the actual physician. the p.a. does a fine job but we arent paying top dollar to see a p.a. sorry dr. k. but things need to change because we have one foot and four toes out the door and i am sure many others do as well.

Dr Compton is wonderful, caring, soft-spoken and knowledgeable physician. I would highly recommend her if you are searching for a general doctor!
