They deserve a negative star but since that isnt an option and in order to write a review I had to choose a star they get one. The first time going to them I was embarrassed and belittled in front of my daughter because I let her have a soda which isnt a norm for her she rarely gets soda. The second time I tried to go in my cars torbo went out on the way to my appointment I called to let them know I would be less than ten minutes late when I was told that I would need to reschedule. Then was asked while on the call when I wanted to come in I stated that I just took off that day and didnt think I would reschedule due to my boss not being happy about taking more time off. Then today when my husband was in an extreme amount of pain showed up to his appointment less than 10 minutes late was told he needed to reschedule. Two urgent care and an emergency room visit he is finally out of pain. I would say there is a three "strike" rule here but I should have found a new doctor when I was belittled in front of my 7 year old daughter by the doctor who many times had to excuse herself several times to answer her personal cell phone. Wish I could have charged her for each time she stepped out she would be paying for atleast a year. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and just find a different place. For being doctors they dont care and the front staff are rude....I work at a specialists office and if someone at our front desk acted like those two little brats (I have a different name for them but it is a review) did they wouldnt have a job tomorrow.

Went in for a mole removal. Told the doctor freezing it off never worked on other moles, please cut it off. He swore "he does it differently" (aka the same exact-and only-way to freeze a mole) and that the mole would definitely fall off within the week. He also quoted it as the cheaper option at around $25 out of pocket, rather than a couple hundred to cut it off. Turns out, the mole never fell off, as expected. Got the bill and they charged $167 for "Office Visit" and $142 for "Removal of Skin Tags" (not a simple freeze). I was personally charged $71. While ticked off, I paid it even though I didnt agree with how things went down. Months after this goes down, I just got another bill from them saying my bill is 30 days past due! My checkbook and bank statement specifically say otherwise. It shows that the check was stamped by none other than...Aspen Creek. Calling them this week to straighten them out. Hopefully they dont continue to think Im really this stupid.

My wife and I have been going to aspen creek for about two years. Almost impossible to get an appointment unless you make it months out and then they have an issues when you have to change it. I think its a real problem when your nurse practitioners are better, more available and follow up unlike the doctors. I have had blood work ordered wrong and over prescribed vitamins to toxic levels (term they used). The front desk people are rude and should not be dealing with people. Maybe if you order the right test, have orders ready when people call ahead to have them ready and give the correct information upfront people may not be so aggravated.

Awful. They sent my lab work to the incorrect diagnostics company, not once but TWICE. The second time this was done, I had told the doctor, the receptionist, and the phlebotomist to be sure to send my blood work to Quest, due to my insurance. They didnt listen and sent it to LabCorp. I am now facing an $1100 collection charge because their billing manager, Christine, is unable to follow-through and take care of this like they should. I am filing multiple claims with DORA and other boards. I have also heard from several other people that this happened to them.

Without question the worst medical practice Ive ever experienced. And this isnt based on one experience. Its based on several with me and my wife. The latest visit was with my wife who has neck and back issues. The x-rays showed slippage in 2 discs and others bulging. They prescribed Aleve and said, "well at least you dont have terminal cancer." Are you kidding me!! The doctors are never on time. On my last visit I waited 45 minutes in the patient room before seeing a doctor. Avoid this practice at all costs!

They dropped us when my wife needed then most worst Dr ever! Im diabetic called in prescription to renew my meds they would not do it said I needed to make an apt but refuse to see us so I have to go without my meds until find another Dr. Is that fair to anybody that rely on there meds? My wife will have to start process all over again so more pain and suffering may need to seek legal help on this! They try and push the same meds on everybody! Do yourself a favor and go anyplace else.

Ive known Dr Elder for going 15 yrs, and he has been my Doc all the time. He called my home after i had surgery just to see how I was doing. I would tell any one to go see him he is the best doctor Ive ever known and within the last 12 yrs Ive seen more then 500 doctors and not one is as through as he is He has literally saved my life. He talks to you and explains things He is like the ild school docs of the past just with the knowledge of today Do yourself a favor and see him

This practice is all about charging insurance as much as possible. They prefer to get as many appointments as possible to bill as much as they can. Blood results take an average of two weeks (even for a rush). Front office has a lack of compassion and has been quite rude on a couple of occasions. Also, Ive never seen the same physician twice. One star is generous. Im moving to another practice effective today.

I love going to Aspen Creek Family Medicine. The staff is SO nice, yet very professional. The doctors are amazing and they are always stop to listen to me. Ive been seeing them for years and cannot say enough good things about them. Its nice to know I always have a Doctor who I can talk to. Ive referred a lot of people to them. This is how a doctors office SHOULD be!

These other NEGATIVE reviews are WHACK ! These people help anyone and they have the best office around, trust me. Nobodys perfect but the negative stuff is lame - Margret, who is my FAV is the bomb, really super cool. I will miss Dr. Bloom, he was my homey and a good friend. Elder is amazing and Marie is my favorite Tech. Five STAR action !!!!!! ;-)

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. Im a new patient here and the staff was extremely polite. They were very thorough when asking questions to figure out my medical history, which is a good thing. The Nurse practitioner who saw me, Margaret, was great. Understanding, and very easy to talk to about problems. Overall, a great experience.
