This is hands down the worst medical care I have ever received. I went in for lower back pain. The Dr ordered an MRI and told me that the imaging facility would call to set up an appointment. After 3 days of no calls from the imaging facility I called Parker square Family Practice where I was told that they had sent over the order. I called the imaging facility and they said that they have never received the order, so I called the family practice and told them what I was told. Family practice then told me that "oh, their fax machine doesnt work sometimes..." So, I questioned why they didnt verify receipt of the order by the imaging facility if they knew the fax machine didnt work. The person at Parker Square Family Practice then became very upset. After arguing with Parker square for a bit they agreed to re-send the order. The next day I had an appointment with the imaging facility. The imaging facility also performs the analysis and writes a report to the primary care dr on the findings of the MRI. 3 days after the report was sent to Parker Square Family Practice I still hadnt received any calls, so I called my Dr at Parker Square. I left messages and didnt receive any return calls. I ended up calling the office and threatened to come into the office to get my results from the MRI. Still no return calls. So I went to the imaging facility and picked up my report and images. Then, a week after my MRI, I get a call from another drs office that they had talked to my doctor (who still hasnt called me back) and they needed me to come in to talk to a spine specialist. It turns out that I require surgery. I still havent heard from my doctor at Parker Square Family Practice. Ive left messages to get a referral to a surgeon. At this point Im going to go to another Dr. Absolutely the worst medical care Ive ever received.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. First, I have a chronic condition- which I have been diagnosed with by my primary care physician, along with the specialist. My primary care physican is leaving her current practice so I figured hey I need to find another Primary Care Physican, get FMLA papework filled out, along with a yearly phsycial. So, I scheduled 2 different appointments on 2 different dates since they couldnt do it in one--okay, thats fine, The scheduling was actually the easiest thing about this place. I go in today, sign in give all my insurance information and wait-I was also 30minutes early just in case with all the paperwork. I get called back surprisingly fast all to find out the girl called my name on accident and just leaves me in the room for 20 minutes with no updates. I wait and wait, and finally she comes back. We finish all the information, she asked for the forms but I declined to give them my medical release forms signed uptil I met with the primary care phsyican.Heidi Gillespie was the Physician Assistant I saw and from the second she walked in she did not want to do anything for me at all. I told her exactly what happened from the beginning, exactly why I was there, and she kept saying she couldnt fill out my FMLA forms since she just met me. I understand that, and asked with all the medical records and everything will you then be able to fill them out, she said no. I have never walked out of a physicians office before but I demanded that I will not be charge for that visit and ran over to my current primary care physican since she doesnt leave for 2 days. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all- even if you have no other options- go to the Parker Adventist Hospital/ they treat you a lot better than this provider!!

After switching insurance, I needed to find a different primary care provider after January 1st. Like most people, I didnt start my search until I was in need of a doctor. I had been suffering from what was thought to be vertigo. I made an appointment- they got me in quickly, within a few days. I saw Heidi Gillespie. She was wonderful. She took the time to listen to some concerns I had about my condition and referred me to a specialist. She was quick to follow up through their patient portal two weeks later. I had a follow up visit scheduled a month later. My condition turned out to be much more serious than we thought. She was good to spend time with both me and my husband, she helped look up some resources for help, she offered her time, even if I just needed to go in to talk. The receptionists are quick and helpful, even when it comes to billing. Ive been very happy with my care there.

Avoid this practice. The receptionists were not knowledgable, the nurses aid was unhelpful and rude, and when I actually got into the room the person I made the appointment with declined to even see me on the basis that they dont prescribe medication to new clients, they just sent their rude nurses aid. Their receptionist should have notified me they dont prescribe medications to new patients when I made the appointment as I explicitly said that was my reason for the appointment. Ive been having severe panic attacks and the fact they wasted my time- time I couldve spent seeking actual help- is unacceptable. I actually had an attack driving home from this terrible visit. If I could rate 0 stars I would. This practice is terrible

More like 0 stars. PA Gillespie is the WORST. I arrived 16 mins early as asked but I still had to wait way too long for her to come in to the room. She did not help me one iota. She refused to re-prescribe my existing medications and told me to go see all kinds of specialists. When I asked why I was even seeing her if she wasnt going to help me, she said Im sorry I have other patients. I took time off of work to establish care here and now I have to go through the whole process again. Do not waste your time here like I did.

I was told that they did not prescribe medications to new patients. However when I went and they saw I was in need of something they did write me a prescription. They had good follow up and I received very good service and treatment from both the nurse and the PA that I saw.

I had a test done here but their were not enough employees to give me any results from the test due to time passing. I still had to pay full price for an inconclusive diagnosis. Go across the street to 20 mile urgent care. I started using them and they are much better.

Their billing department has issues. Bill paid months ago, with copy of cashed check from PSFP, yet they continue to harass me, saying bill not paid. Now its gone to collections, so Im harassed by the collection agency. I give up. #fedup
