Has anyone not had to wait in a doctors office for an appointment? Im a very punctual person but today I was delayed. I had an 8 am appointment with Christa Coolidge and walked in to her office at exactly 8:10. Because I was 10 minutes late, SHE refused to see me. I was told I had to reschedule. She made the decision. I understand everyone is busy and it probably meant working me in but there was no compromise. I was given a new appointment in one month. I think Christa Coolidge needs to consider her patients circumstances and maybe skip her coffee break if its needed. I think this speaks poorly not just of Christa Coolidge but of CSHP as a whole. Its not the first negative experience I have had but its the one that pushed me to write a review.

Christa Coolidge oh my she is an amazing doctor! If I could make her my primary Dr because she takes time with her patients she is very honest and kind! Yes its a Cshp rule to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment or has to be rescheduled but also can call to check time to time of theres another opening before your appointment. Due to cancellations . I highly recommend her to anyone that has has terrible doctor experiences go to her! she is beautiful in general and her caring down to earth personality is overall awesome!

Christa Coolidge is absolutely amazing, My husband and I both see her and we have never been let down by her whatsoever. She is so down to earth, extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. She will forever be our doctor.I honestly would recommend her to everyone. I seriously can not believe that anyone would say something negative about her period the end.
