Very rude customer service! Just tried to make an appointment for my boyfriend, we had to visit the emergency room yesterday and they asked us to go see our doctor over the next couple of days. So our doctor is Dr. Wilson and his receptionist answers and she asked us the apportiate questions, after being transfered 3 times and being on hold for a total of 30mins, asks my boyfriend what his symptoms are and what kind of medications the doctor gave us yesterday. She preceded to tell him that he was on the wrong medication, which I personally dont think was something she had any business knowing, and that shell call us back and immediately hung up the phone. I called her back and was told that doctor Wilson has a very specific schedule and wont take patience on certain circumstances, I being upset yelled at her that all we needed was to make an appointment and she continued to deny me that and threaten to take him off their list forever. She was rude the entire conversation no apologies and only would explain your side of the situation after I cursed and got more upset. Do not choose Dr. Wilson as your doctor! We havent seen him in a long time since weve started going to this physicans office.
