There are many ways to drive away potential patients, but very few as effective as having someone answer the phone as they do. I was told if I could verify Medicaid that I could probably be seen. That was a lie. They dont have ANYONE willing to see Medicaid patients. At this office, or the other according to the rude woman I spoke to (that I could hardly understand. Sounded like phone was WAY too close to their face). It was them, being greedy and waiting on my INSURANCE that is no longer applicable. Why not just be honest? Now I look stupid and pathetic calling to try to make an appointment, only to have some rude woman with poor communication skills (on the phone, too. LOL) basically tell me Im scum, unworthy and beneath their care. After I said i got the medicaid number so I can try to make an appointment she made no point to hide it, and hung up on me before I could even really say anything to her. Pretty shameful, if you ask me. Im looking into other insurance and there is NO WAY in hell that Ill consider going to this place. And I genuinely wanted to, until that conversation of course.

Well the PAs here are terrible, the whole business is terrible. I dont even know where to begin. I think the first is that I went in with a respiratory infection first time and asked for an antibiotic and was told that it was viral and he wouldnt prescribe anything. Ended up in urgent care with bronchitis. Second; I filled out my background history paperwork, i always put down my allergies (penicillin) and that I have chronic renal reflux. I have degenerative disc disease and had a nerve flair up (1, Im allergic to opiates so painkillers are never an option 2. another practice gave me 5 days of prednisone and fixed it) family physicians oh so clever PA gave me a shot of Toradol. Not once but three times. Never really helped outside of two hours. Practice that provided the prednisone informed me and my older sister that toradol is not to be given to people with kidney issues... the following months all I did was have kidney issues. I refused to pay for my visits because I dont feel the need to pay for someone to kill me.

I appreciate that the clinic is available for appointments after 5:00 pm. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Zucker was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I showed up early with one of my children at another appointment and before we could sit down to wait they had called us back. The physician (I dont remember her name) was very nice, supportive and understanding. Everyone I have worked with there is very down-to-earth and genuinely friendly. I am glad experienced, friendly service is available close to home. The billing process after was simple, clear and with on-line payment available - convenient.

Thankful for the care I have received here for over 30 years. I have seen Dr. Haskins since I was a child and now he provides care to my children as well. Hes seen me through some interesting health problems and has always gone above and beyond to provide the best possible care. I also recommend Dr. Martinez for any OB care. He has a calming presence, is very knowledgeable, and really listens to put concerned minds at ease. Dr. Zucker, Dr. Waugh, Dr. Nwizu, as well as the PA-Cs, Angie, Nathan, and Brian have all been fantastic when weve seen them on-call or after hours as well.

Angela Eussen and Greeley Family Physicians only care about making money and scheduling unnecessary appointments. When questioned she becomes hostile. Please do yourself a favor and run away far and fast before you are as unfortunate as I was. After complaining and explaining the situation to the office manager Lane that wed will be taking our business elsewhere and needed our records...they waited a few days and sent us letters refusing to serve my family. Think twice before using Greeley Family Physicians...they dont care about people or the families they serve.

I just got out my appointment with Dr. Paczosa and I have never been treated so poorly at a doctors office. She didnt know what to make of my chest pain that I have had for 6 months and said that I will be fine, and then she sent me on my way. She did not offer any advice or referrals, and I couldnt ask her about any of my other concerns. I rearranged my entire schedule to go to the doctor because I thought this was important and I have been in a lot of pain. I do not recommend going here.

I had Dr. Paczosa as my Dr. She seemed to have somewhere else more important to be than to help me. She didnt listen to anything that I had to say. She was not at all thorough, and because of this, I was misdiagnosed with pneumonia, when I actually had bilateral pulmonary embolism which is exactly what I had told her I had. As a result of her failure to care, I was sent by ambulance later that day to the hospital. Personally I will never set foot in that office again!!!

I was very happy with my visit to the West office. Dr Nathan Was very professional and he gave me the feeling of my hometown Dr. Im very picky but this made me want to ask his nurse, which was also very professional to please ask if Dr Nathan could now be my primary Dr. I would highly recommend him.

I am a patient of daniel clang or i was untill today...worst doctor i have ever had.. Stupid sob dosent listen to anytging you say. The idiot gave me antibiotics for a torn tendon in my hand. I will be looking for a new doctor tomorrow morning. Thanks for wasting my time and money!!!!!!

Dr. Paczosa gave me and my mom the worst experience ever. She didnt care about any of my problems and didnt even know what she was doing . She is so very unprofessional and would not recommend her to anyone what do ever. She doesnt listen let alone care.
