Awful. Ive never met a staff so incompetent. When first calling, they added me into their system incorrectly three times, resulting in not being able to come in for months, even though I was completely sick. The receptionist fought with me, turns out she kept entering my name wrong and I had to speak with the manager in order for her to fix it. After that, it can take days or weeks to get in contact with them. Either youre put on hold for hours or the line just beeps. When I have come in, the office is in a creepy basement and the receptionist ate a gross smelling plate of food instead of answering the phone. Then, a male nurse brought me to a separate part of the building, we were the only ones there and it made me very uncomfortable being alone with him. Find someplace else. Even now, Ive been calling every day for a week with no answer trying to get my labs back! Unprofessional.

I only give this place one star because no stars is not an option. Awhile back, I took someone to the Rose ER & got excellent care, despite the fact that the person only has Medicaid. The doc there referred us here. Since he was a new patient, it took us awhile to get in. When we made the appt., we told them he had Medicaid only. Four days before his appt., we called to confirm, then received a recorded confirmation later that day. We went in for the appt. today, were told they couldnt see him because he had Medicaid only. They claimed they tried to reach us yesterday to tell us this, but there were no missed calls on my phone and no messages. After reading these reviews, Im glad we couldnt go further with them, but now it will be awhile before we can get in to a different doctors office.

This place is ridiculous. Ive called now 5 times over 30-days. The first, second, and third time I called, I was put on hold and no-one ever came back. I gave up after 10 minutes of waiting. The fourth time, I finally reached someone. She was really surely, but I got an appointment (however, in three weeks time). I am on international business and needed to change my appointment. So, I called just now. Mind you, an international phone call. I was placed on hold again! I give up with this place.

This is the dr. office we used after we had our first child. their office hours are horrible. they take a two hour lunch, and they are closed half the day on Wednesday. we have a newborn and need better hours than this. we also want to see a real Dr. each time we are in and it is frustrating because that rarely happens. They are a teaching hospital so they usually set you up with a resident and to me that is not good enough. We now go to advanced pediatric and really like it.

Not even a one. Avoid the front desk the crew should go they do not have any truth or compassion. Hours of on hold but can not get in touch to confirm or late. Then given a letter to drop you. Really? Need your medicine refiil have to make an appointment? Open wounds high.blood pressure can not help you without an appointment. Do not give this practice any of your medical needs. The worst experience.

Worst experience i ever had in the office of any kind of health care provider. They have no interest in the individual nature of disease and basically are incapable of independent thought or decision-making except what is in their book of little rules. Reflected in this clinic is the end of truly independent healing and 100% bureaucracy. The clinic is like an insurance company, awful.

The Rose Family Medicine Center has moved to the Rose Medical Center location on the 9th Ave. This entry on Google should be deleted. Anyway this clinic is a training center for medical students and one can never see the same doctor twice. What a family medicine is this when you are not taken care by the person you know longer than 6 months?

If you are young and in good health they probably wont do a lot of harm. But if you are ill or over 50 go somewhere else. This medical practice provides training for new residents. Do you really want to trust your and your familys health to doctors who are fresh out of medical school? They make a lot of poor decisions in our experience.

If you can put up with the unbelievably limited office hours, long holds on the phone, and having a different resident every time you come in, they do a decent job. I had them as a primary care doctor for about a year, and medically-speaking, they were fine. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone.

Poor billing practices!! Do not go if you like your credit. They billed my insurance company incorrectly stating that I saw a different doctor than I saw. It never got paid and they sent it so collections now I have a big mess to straighten out with no help from Rose Family Medicine!!

Super long wait times every time, never really get any kind of clear diagnostics, always guesswork as to what the actual underlying health issue is. Eight months later after going in, still dont have a diagnosis.

Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Receptionist are extremely rude, and unhelpful. Doctors could care less about their patients.
