Dr Presken is personable, attentive, and listens to your concerns and addesses them appropriately. As a medical professional myself I know a good Dr when I see one and she is a great Dr! Dont let the bad reviews deter you, if you actually read them youll see some had nothing to do with Dr Presken herself, also anyone that thinks that drugs cant be addictive has absolutely no idea what theyre talking about, having an addictive personality has nothing to do with how some drugs actually change the chemical compounds in your body. And yes many and most family practise Drs sadly make pretty minimal incomes, thats why so many are going out of business or becoming boutique Drs to offset their overhead. Do your research before you bash a Dr based on incorrect information.

I came in here with 8 years of pain history, looking for a referral since I just got off Medicaid. I left having spent $30 on a copay, and did not get my referral, instead I got a lecture about how I shouldnt take anything that Im taking or was getting results from, and that I should take these drugs that have no long term trials done, that I already tried that had no effect. She also told me she doesnt perscribe addictive drugs, which is such a joke, cause theres no such thing as an addictive drug. a brain can have an addictive personality. I wish for a refund. This DOCTOR, also tried to tell me she makes less money than I do, working minimum wage.

I tried to like this place, i really did. Everyone is pleasant enough, but dont expect them to remember anything they told you. You will pay for the same message over and over. They will schedule you for 6 visits what could be done in 2. They wont respect your time, will not listen, and generally act like every visit is your first. I dont expect picture memory, but why wheel all those computers around and take notes if the whole visit is going to start with all the same questions and recommendations over again? Read your notes maybe? Forget about having an opinion or history of your own body too. I wanted help, but wont get it here.

Ive seen Dr. Presken several times now, she is great, takes time with me and explains everything. Her staff, Shelly and Novella are great too, very pleasant and responsive. Its easy to get appointments with them, the doctor sends e mail notes after each visit. I highly recommend. *The reviewer name is not my real name*

I love Dr Deb! She has taken good care of my needs since I moved back from Florida! She is very knowledgable and fun, and great to visit when your health decides it wants to slow you down. Dr Presken and the whole team have always been so helpful and wonderful. The fact Dr Presken gives you her number to use after hours is above and beyond. Its something I swore Id never use-and now have a couple of times and have always been met with kindness and help. So grateful I found her!
